2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. Only very negative experience we had was trying to put dwn $ on car when buying it. Turns out we had to take like 15 mn to begin with in the finance agents office to figure out how to increase our daily withdrawal limit from our chkg acct to make a pymnt on cost of suv to lwr its price. Then it turned out we could only make a max amt pymnt due to other small purchases earlier in day. The remng amt had to put on cc. All this because noone had common sense to tell us to bring our checkbook for simplicity. All this wasted like half an hour and didn't even include all the other items requiring review. Talk about ruining the experience. The only good part of the suv purchase has been our sales agent Jay Weil. I give her an A. She has been totally helpful all the way thru. Gave good suggestions like the behind the front seats gap filler/ storage units. Very good! Ken Watkins
