Cary Harp is exceptionally amazing!

I would feel guilty if I were not to comment how amazing Mr. Cary Harp was in helping me and providing an exceptional services because this is the most I can do to toward him with his exceptional services he provided.
I have been to many different Toyota dealer ships around the country in Seattle, VA, Florida, Pullman etc. but the service and care I received from Mr. Harp was exceptionally amazing! From my personal experience, it is such agent who communicate with you and the people in the back providing you the services. Employees like Mr. Harp actually express how great the quality of service is in Peterson. It is due to such employee that does his work efficiently and treat the costumer with dignity and respect and provide excellent services that make the company be one of the best.
I am highly recommending Peterson to anyone based on the services I received through Mr. Harp. The charges were minimal and the service was fast and efficient.
Mr. Harp was not like the other employees of the other Toyota dealerships I have met or came across. For instance, in one of the other Toyota dealer ship, I asked the agent, that the sensor of my car was not functioning or working well. At the end of the services, he didn't tell me anything about the issue and when I asked him realized he didn't even talk to the technician about the key issue and he started telling me that the light of the key is turning on so there didn't seem like any problem with the key. I mean he was apparently expressing that he is taking good care of me but most of us as customer know that if someone is faking or actually helping you. However, Mr. Harp handled each and everything issue or concerned of mine very professionally and resolved all the problem very well!
I was absolutely impressed when he walked me to my car and even opened that door for me. I was shocked and didn't know what to do to reward him with his niceness--I am new to the American culture--I was not sure if I should have tipped him or how I should have expressed my satisfaction and happiness toward the services I received from Peterson through him. By tipping here I mean in my culture or back home tipping in the restaurant considered bad but in the U.S it is the other way around. Thus i was not sure if tipping was a good/right thing in such an occasion as I know for valet parking, restaurant etc tipping is a must or a good gesture in the U.S culture but wasn't sure here ;) Thanks again Mr. Harp and Peterson for the excellent services I received and I will always be your customer for the next few years of my stay in Boise!
