Rich, Len and Todd made the buying process informative, professional and courteous. We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. A great dealership. This is our second Crosstrek; the former being a hybrid version. Cheers to a very well staffed and efficient dealership.
I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.

Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
I talked to Casey through email and phone before coming in to buy the car. During our remote communications, he was very friendly and tried to get us a competitive price for my car. I believe I received a good price, plus the 7 year (or 100,000 miles) powertrain warranty helps! The day the car arrived, Casey texted me some pictures of it. He also stayed past his regular scheduled hours to present the car to us when we arrived to pick it up! Casey made sure to explain everything about the car as well. Overall, great guy to buy a car from.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful, but especially Ari, who was patient and informative throughout the whole process. Jayce was also very kind, and I had a very positive experience here and left happy and with a new car!!
Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide
Cameron was very personable from the get go! He was ok with my friends checking out the cat with me and asking their own questions. He was very relaxed and easy to talk to, not like other high pressure fast talking situations I've had before. Even when looking at the prices, he answered all our questions and was not in our face about negotiating. On our first haggle, he quickly was able to get us a deal that was in our exact price range on the first try. This is a good and honest salesman that is just interested in getting you a car for the price you want, no pressure and with a friendly attitude.
I went in with my son to look at outbacks. Nick was great. We traded a Toyota hybrid camray with 100,000 miles. They gave a very fair price for the trade and took a fair amount of money off the window sticker. nick did not try to oversell the car. But we went for the limited edition anyways. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The sales manager Jason McQueen was great also. The closer Tori Houghton was also a pleasure to deal with. Great dealership. Highly recommend
Just wanted to thank Ryan Hall for making the purchase of my daughter's Subaru Crosstrek a wonderful experience. There was absolutely no pressure or hard selling tactics. Ryan was simply a really nice guy who worked with us to make sure we were getting the car and features we wanted at a fair price. When I told him I wasn't going to be able to get a ride to the dealer to pick up the car, he actually offered to drive to my house and pick me up (which he did). It's that type of customer service that will make me go see Ryan at Valley Subaru any time I decide to purchase a Subaru.

Our salesman, Ryan Hall, was the best. I would consider him our consultant instead of our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure. Three visits to make our decision on our new car purchase. Looked at other manufacturers and models, but ultimately knew we wanted a Subaru from Valley. After all the model test drives with Ryan, we chose the Ascent. Ryan really helped us make the decision. We are very happy with our purchase. Comfort, safety and reliability. Our second Sub.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Wow! The staff at Valley Subaru is wonderful! They were personable, approachable and easy to work with. They worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and had everything ready for us to sign, so we got out the door and into our new car quickly. They exceeded our expectations 100% We will be back the next time we are in the market for a car.
