I chose melkonian's north reading subaru for the following reasons: the attitude of all the employees was excellent. I traded in a 2019 outback with 6900 miles and received $24000 for the trade in. granite subaru offered $22000 and milford subaru offered $21000. North reading should be first on your list if you are looking to purchase a subaru vehicle. there is absolutely no pressure at all to make a purchase at Melkonian's. also there are no hidden fees secretly added into the paperwork. I have been to many dealerships on the North Shore during the last few years buying and leasing for family. It is an experience I have come to dread. What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. When my husband needed a new car it started out badly with a dealer whose internet price was 8 thousand lower than the actual price. Again, this took hours . I just got a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport at N. Reading Subaru and it was, by far, the best car-buying experience I ever had. Gene D'Alessandro, is such a great guy (genuinely nice, not the fake nice I've run into at other places). There is a nice laid-back vibe, zero sales pressure, and just a small group of really nice people. I got a great deal (even better than I had hoped) and they have registry services so I got to drive my Crosstrek home the same day!
