After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. Everyone at the dealership was helpful; no issues at all. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. The Forester is beautiful, and operates as a new car should, no problems. Communication was clear, our questions were answered honestly, and we always felt like the team was working with us rather than trying to push us into a decision. We did a great deal of research before purchasing, including comparing vehicles, pricing, financing, and dealerships throughout the area. In the end, we felt very comfortable choosing Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford, and the experience confirmed that decision. A few items needed to be addressed before delivery, and the dealership followed through and made sure everything was handled before we took the vehicle home. We also appreciated the help we received from the sales, finance, service, and parts teams throughout the process. Buying a new vehicle can easily become stressful, but this was one of the smoothest and most positive dealership experiences we have had. She is knowledgeable, customer friendly and extremely helpful by prioritizing the services needed and breaking them down into more than one appointment which helps me keep to my budget. I suggested that it would be a nice addition for the service mechanics to reset the clock to reset the time, because I have difficulty doing so. She immediately said ?I?ll set the clock for you!? That?s what I call really good customer sr service!!
