The day after I brought my pickup home following the on-star module replacement, I noticed some body and paint damage that could only have happened at the dealership. I had no real proof of this, only my word. Rob C inspected my vehicle and told me they would make it right. A week later my pickup looks as good as new and no charge to me. Great vehicle best value for the money. Very fun to drive. Incredible AWD system best during winter. Sports seats are incredibly confy. Interior could be a bit better but I guess that's what you get for the money.

I recently began searching for a well-cared-for used SUV, and had started viewing vehs and contacting dealerships. I came across a few vehs I liked at Carizona in Mesa, so I arranged an approx time to come and look. Taylor Moilan reached out to me via email from my contact prior to my arrival, so once I got there I met up with him. He took me to see the first SUV, which was nice but didn't really click with me. I told him I would do some more looking and researching, but the way I was treated by him made me decide I was going to buy from him if at all possible-he is personable, easy-going and made me feel at ease--no pressure. Sure enough, I found some more vehs I wanted to try out, and back I went with a friend. The vibe at the dealership was very low-key, low-pressure. The 3rd SUV I test-drove was the one, and once the decision was made, I was driving it off the lot in about 2 hours. The finance mgr Yesi was amazing too, she made the process easy, smooth and a pleasure. My friend was so impressed, he decided he would buy his next car from Taylor as well. It was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

Just bought a really nice truck and had the best experience with Robby the owner. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. Went above and beyond to make a good fair deal. And they stand on their word and proactively pursue your business, in a professional manner, never felt that “car dealer” stereotype with them. They never fed me a load of crap and we’re straight shooting. And even went above and beyond by fixing small cosmetic issues and doing everything in their power to make sure i received a truck that will last me a good long while. 08/07/24 I have never written a review before but feel compelled to so now. My CARMATCH experience began over the phone when Ramsey called in response to my vehicle interest announcement made on line. I admit that I am a cynical and jaded person when it comes to having to deal with car sales people, but I was at ease with Ramsey's reassuring and sincere manner as we made arrangements to meet the following day. I no longer felt like I was about to endure a root canal. My wife and I were met upon arrival at the small, clean and we'll organized dealership. The vehicle I was interested in was advertised on line with a salvage title disclaimer. I made a close inspection and was unable to notice any repairs made. When I asked to confirm the damage mentioned Ramsey explained that they do their own body work. He added, "We're small but we're good." My wife and I were encouraged to take the truck by ourselves for as long as we needed so we could discuss privately. We returned to the dealership for the root canal (negotiations), and were met with Ramsey's open, forthright and sincere dealings. I never felt suspicious or concerned. We made the purchase and left knowing we got a great deal. We also now have a real friend in Omaha.

The sales team was very prompt on getting back to us when we inquired about our vehicle. They were also very informative on the product and were able to answer whatever questions we had for them. Once we were to the point of agreement on the price of the vehicle they were always helpful with the rest of the sale all the way thru the sales contract.
