Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
My experience purchasing my new Subaru was fantastic. My sales person Anastasia was amazing. She was very helpful knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my first new car purchase. Her knowledge not only about the car but her ability to speak English, Russian and Ukrainian was very valuable to me as English is not my first language. I would recommend her and your dealership to any of my friends and family who would be interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the future. Thank you for making my first purchase so comfortable.

Bob Moore VolkswagenReviews
Bob Moore Volkswagen review
The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.
2009 Subaru Legacy review
This car was affordable and close to what I was looking for. So far I have enjoyed driving it and will further report dependability after about 3 months of driving

The car deducts some points but in exchange for it's amazing AWD. Interior is not the spaciest but it's not "cramped" either. Great for heavy snowfall.

I've owned all different types of vehicles and this one was amazing. Sold at 147000 miles and never needed anything but preventative maintenance items. Bought it new, beat it up, and sold it for great resale value.

2009 Subaru Legacy review
Purchased it in 2020. As been an absolute warrior. Handles snow and all rough terrain superbly. Only complaints is the radio is not easily modifiable(aux to lightning cable fixes this), the woodgrain trim is ugly looking (easy swap/ vinyl wrap). Really good car overall good for teens and older folk. (If you want more speed get better tires and 17 inch tires)
