He helped to make the purchase process go very smoothly. This was an enormous help! Joseph was very patient with any/all questions. The sales person {Chris Lowery} was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Also we worked with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist who explained all the bells and whistles in the vehicle. We were very happy with all the members of the Subaru team. As for the dealerships building there should be individual cubbies to give some privacy when giving your information to the sales person. Otherwise everything was great!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

When I called about service for my 2018 Subaru I was surprised to get an appointment for within 48hours. Ryan Raub explained the multipoint inspection and gave me an appointment for the same or next afternoon. One thing out of his control was the slightly longer wait time due to an employee luncheon ( which I think is great for everyone). When my car was ready he explained the areas that needed attention and sent me a video from the technician explaining his findings. I was again given another appointment in a timely fashion to have the work done. I am well pleased with Ryan and Subaru at southpoint.
