Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and had a great experience at this dealership. Mario was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Austin was professional and fair, and together they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Brilliance Subaru review
This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha review
Wife had 3 Subaru's maintained at Ziegler since 2014. We also bought a used car for daughter in 2021. All good!! Service Writer Lauren Gaines is Exceptional! Wife's car blew out a rear wheel brake cylinder in 2023. We limped in & explained the problem to Lauren, she checked the puddle of brake fluid around the rear wheel & immediately put a hand written sign, NO BRAKES, on the dash before finishing the repair order. Adults can't be taught common sense or personal responsibility ...
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

I have bought my last few Subarus from this dealership even though it is further from my home than at least 3 other Subaru dealers. They always seem willing to make me a nice deal on a new car, and they go above and beyond making the the process fast and convenient. Further, the sales representative with whom I worked, Reid Stanley, was accommodating, calm, not pushy, helpful and informative. Really everything one would wish for in a sales associate.

10/10 if I could, everyone there was attentive and answered all our questions. In and out with a new car in 2 hours flat.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Andy was just so nice and attentive to work with. Very professional; answered all my questions and really went the "extra" mile to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you to everyone!!
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Liberty Subaru review
Great dealership!! Trustworthy, loyal and fair! I bought a clean, used, low mileage car. All my questions were addressed promptly and I never felt pressured. In fact, I received a call directly from the salesman and manager to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. A patient and kind team! Ask for Mike!

Brilliance SubaruReviews
Brilliance Subaru review
We acquired our first Subaru this week, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with Ed and Jeremy from the sales team, as well as Jason in financing, was a pleasure, as they were all highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the information they provided. We traveled from Iowa to make the purchase, having heard numerous positive reviews about Brilliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. Ed's dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable was evident, as he stayed late before we drove home that night. Ed has also checked in and ensured if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate and call him. It’s apparent that Customer Satisfaction is number one here.
