Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
I had a wondeful experience purchacing my new SUBARU Forester from this dealership. The salesperson was friendly, professional, patient. I am particularly satisfied with the Encore Delivery session they provided. Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist, he is a very nice person, he explained the functions of my new car very seriously and taught me a lot of usage skills, he also took me to familiarize myself with the procedures for car maintenance. Thanks to everyone who served me. Thank you!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
The process of purchasing my Crosstrek Hybrid Limited was seamless and terrific. I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price and was delighted by the service I received from my salesperson, Tushar Shende, and Chris Kulis in Finance. But that wasn’t even the best part! About a week after the purchase, I met with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist, who patiently and thoroughly walked me through all the cool things my new car can do. Thank you to everyone at Hendricks who made the purchase of my new car so gratifying and fun.

Southern States Subaru review
This dealership went above and beyond for my family! We drove 7 hours to buy our vehicle from an honest dealership. Trade and purchase was seamless, no gimmicks. They exceeded our expectations and it was worth the drive to get our Subaru from Southern State Automotive. Thanks Pat, Bryant, Eldwood & Chris!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Hendrick Southpoint Auto MallReviews
Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
Great place to buy a new car. This was my third Outback from Hendrick Southpoint, and my 7 th car from Hendrick dealerships. I have tried a half dozen other car dealerships, but I always end up going back to Hendrick to buy a car. The employees are well trained and courteous. The prices are competing, and the choice of vehicles is always good. The Hendrick service people are always courteous also, and their waiting room with free drinks and treats is a pleasant place to wait. Senrvice is always prompt, too. Their provide loaners if you need one.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Fantastic place! Service is excellent and they really listen to my needs and concerns! Sales team is very knowledgeable and Brian was excellent!! Got me the exact car I wanted at a great price!!
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Sport Subaru SouthReviews
Sport Subaru South review
Brought my 6000+ mile Cross Trek in for an oil change and to check a tire for a slow leak. I brought the car in at 1000 miles and they couldn?t find the problem. I even got several emails from Subaru about the low pressure so the issue was documented. Once again they said they couldn?t find any problem. I explained that I am adding air to the tire every three days. I gave the service provider the choice of trying again or putting on a new tire at their expense and they somehow found the leak. She was a very nice person, I just couldn?t believe she/they expected me to leave with a well documented slow leak unresolved.
