Rairdon Subaru of Auburn review
We were pleasantly surprised by how quick and honest this dealership was! After working with several in the Olympia area, Anthony gave us an amazing deal on the exact model we wanted and didn't hesitate to assure us throughout the purchasing process that the car was ours and we wouldn’t have the deal switched on us after we drove over an hour to get there (it has happened at another dealer before!). We were able to do everything online and show up for the actual walk-through and final signing portion, which only took about an hour on-site. Very happy with Anthony and our purchase!

Rairdon Subaru of Auburn review
I had been dreading buying a car but I had such a great experience at Rairdon. Joaquin in the sales department is a pleasure to work with, Fernando in finance is fabulous, and Austin in the service department is wonderful. The whole process was so much better than my previous experience at a different dealership. I’d highly recommend Rairdon!

I recently visited Auburn Subaru’s Service department for an oil change for my WRX. I was helped by Addisyn who was personable and friendly. She kept me updated the whole time I waited and made sure my car was ready before the suggested time. I hope to see Addisyn next time my car needs service. She is a natural at customer service!

Carter Subaru BallardReviews
Carter Subaru Ballard review
We live in Burien, so this was not the closest Subaru dealership, but we liked it a lot better than the one in Renton. I hate shopping for and buying cars, but I felt that Carter made it as painless as possible. We worked with Bryan Deando, who was wonderful. We ended up with a certified preowned Impreza, which I'm very happy with. Everyone was very friendly, it seemed very low pressure, and Bryan was very well-informed. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Subbie!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Carter Subaru Ballard review
My wife and I recently leased our very first Subaru from Carter Subaru - a 2019 Subaru Forester. We were fortunate enough to have Steven Mackie as our salesperson and he was seriously fantastic. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and a sincere listener as we chatted through what we were looking for in a new vehicle. He gets us :) Mark Arbar, our finance rep, was also a joy to work with and kind as well. Overall, we highly recommend the experience of looking for a new or used car at Carter and couldn't speak more highly of Steven and Mark.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

Peninsula Subaru review
We recently purchased a used car from Peninsula Subaru in Bremerton, WA. We had a great experience and we're happy with our used car. We worked with Patrick. He was very helpful, and easy to work with. Patrick took care of some extra details for us that made our purchasing process much easier. We definitely recommend Peninsula Subaru Pre-owned cars sales. Many thanks to Patrick, and also thanks to Joey for help when we picked up the car.

Tacoma Subaru review
We have been bringing our two vehicles here for nearly a decade and I have never left the experience with anything less than complete satisfaction. We get thorough service and I feel like our associates do a great job of communicating what changes need to be made now and which ones can wait. I’ve never been upsold an unnecessary repair and our vehicles have lasted us a decade without significant issue. We recently had a punctured tire we took to a local tire place for a quick patch (less than $100 to fix) but I got a quote for nearly $2,000 in “alignment” work that felt totally unnecessary. Luckily, Tacoma Subaru found nothing of concern in their routine inspection, and I’m happy to continue letting them guide our maintenance and repair schedule! 10/10 we always recommend Tacoma Subaru!

Tacoma Subaru review
I always have a great experience at Tacoma Subaru. Open communication and time and cost estimates are always spot on. This is one of the few dealerships I trust to take my vehicle too, knowing that they aren’t trying to upsell me anything, including air filters! I would ask though that they make it really clear on the phone where I should go for whatever service I need. It is probably clear to most people when they call “service” to go there rather than express service, but my brain isn’t always moving fast enough, sometimes I need it spelled out for me “Go to service, NOT express service when you get here” Thank you!

Tacoma Subaru review
Everyone at Tacoma Subaru was fantastic! Especially Steven whom I worked with. Explained everything! I would definitely recommend them to all.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

Gus, Amir and Bobby stayed late to get the deal done. They made quite the impact on us with their friendliness. Went out of their way with knowledge, politeness and overall kindness. We will be back and we highly recommend that you do business with them. I have never had such a positive car buying experience. Thank you Peninsula Subaru but many many many thanks to Gus, Amir and Bobby!!!! Job well done

Rairdon Subaru of AuburnReviews
Rairdon Subaru of Auburn review
I initially communicated with Giovanny by email and was impressed by his willingness to listen to my needs. When we met he was friendly, patient, and willing to answer every question honestly. There was no attempt at hurrying me to buy a car or over selling. He genuinely wanted to give me a positive experience at the dealership. The bonus was that he sold me a car! He excelled at authentic customer service.

CarMax Fremont review
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
