We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
Court, Lacey, Trevor (Smith ?) and Kim were very helpful and nice. A special thank you goes out to Court as we asked him a zillion questions and he went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help (put up) with us (and among other things) crunch numbers for different scenarios and "what - ifs". Car buying isn't on my "fun" list but they made it so much less stressful. Thank you all for all your help and for making good.
I recently purchased a Toyota Prius Prime. Because I couldn?t locate what I wanted here in the Midwest, I ended up searching for one on the west coast, via the internet. I finally ended up at Kendall Motors in Eugene, OR ? the California market was just too strange. Because of the holidays, end of the year deadlines, distances involved and preplanned trips, the process could have been daunting. But the individuals at Kendall Motors, which felt like a home-town dealership, were exceptionally good. Mark Jabs, in sales, was very professional and dedicated to the success of the process and I Never felt pressured. He more than earned his pay on this one! I can?t sing his praises enough. I might have given up but for the help from both Mark and Ann in the ?paperwork? division. I thank them very much ? I ended up with exactly what I wanted. And at a good price.
Tim George, the sales representative was amazing. This was the best buying experience I have had. Tim listened well and delivered great service. The process was completed on the telephone and in the dealership. Our total time to complete it all including the thorough review of this car's systems was a short three hours. Very impressive!
First time buying a new car was an enjoyable activity. I feel like I got a tremendous deal, was treated with kindness, professionalism, and joy. Everyone there seemed like they enjoyed being there. I got a beautiful car, Kendall got a satisfied customer.
Ron was our salesperson. He was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He kept in contact without being annoying. I highly recommend to seek him out when you're shopping.
Isabel was a delight to work with: patient and straightforward. She was attentive and responsive throughout my decision making process and worked to help me understand and begin to use all of the technology. I was also treated fairly (and quickly) at the offer and closing.
Very very nice salesperson Norm Norman Prasad very knowledgeable very easy to work with help me immensely in terms of understanding how to use my apps for a new car I would recommend it highly to anyone6
We had a great experience with this dealership. My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle and searched online at the dealership website. Keith Moreck, Internet Sales Manager, contacted us promptly by phone. Although they did not have the requested vehicle, he told me that he would keep me updated when one arrived. He called me the next day to notify me that one had just arrived! He even sent me pictures to view. We went to the dealership the next morning and bought a 4Runner in 2 hours (start to finish)! The process was very streamlined. Keith and his staff were friendly, informative, courteous, and professional. Steve in Finance did a great job as well. My 13 year old son actually enjoyed himself watching a movie and eating popcorn. Also, as an Army veteran, I appreciated Keith genuinely thanking me for my service several times throughout our interaction. I would recommend Keith and this dealership to all of my friends and family.
I ended up driving from Ashland to Springfield (175 miles) to buy my first ever brand new car from this dealer. I bought my last used vehicle from an awesome salesmen at Wheeler Toyota in Grants Pass as the ones at the Medford Lithia Toyota were more aggressive and annoying than mosquitoes. Unfortunately, at the time I needed to buy this vehicle Wheeler didn't have the selection nor the prices of Springfield. As a female, shopping for cars where you don't already have a relationship estblished can be a difficult and frustrating experience. Combined with the fact that my local Lithia dealer still had the same pushy and machismo attitudes, I was very hesitant to travel so far for possibly a similar experience. But Keith Moreck made the whole process virtually painless. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive one or something they just wanted to move off their lot, he took the time to figure out my preferences. He even went a step further and combined the ideas of what I liked with my current and future needs for a vehicle. He also recognized that I was coming from such a long distance and had to return home as soon as possible to care for animals. So when I arrived, he had all available cars in the model and trim I was interested in pulled up to the front. He discussed the comparative pros and cons for each one and encouraged me to try them all out to help me narrow down my choice. He was very prompt and detailed in all our communications via email, phone, and text and never left me with the feeling of being pestered nor forgotten. In person, his straightforward and realistic approach to selling cars was refreshing. I would recommend this dealership, and more specifically Keith Moreck, to anyone interested in a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.
The showroom was too noisy. There is a lot of waiting time when actually going through the buying process. The background noise in the showroom really got to be annoying. I had to contact the credit agency to remove a credit freeze; the background noise was so loud it interfered with the telephone call.
I totalled my 2015 Forester. Amazed I walked away with minor injuries, I called the nearest dealer to share my story and check to see if they had a similar car. Two weeks after the accident I am the proud owner of a 2016 Forester limited.I'm
We worked with Andrew who is a very knowledgeable and helpful person. He is low pressure and very patient. Once I had chosen a car the purchasing process was as quick as it can be, although they offered add-ons there was no pressure to purchase them. They also facilitated my loan through a Local Credit Union. I recommend the company and and Andrew 100%
Kendall offers 5+ service. It begins when someone opens the door for you and asks how they may assist you. The sales person, Jerry Thompson was just wonderful and patient and was able to work out a financial package I could work with.
Tim George was professional pleasant and patient during my new car buying experience. I had never bought a new car and he made it a pleasure to work with.
I will recommend him and Kendall Subaru for anyone buying a car.
