Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
Subaru of Klamath Falls is an excellent business and I am very satisfied customer. Between the staff and the mechanics I totally trust that the Subaru team will do the job right! The team is always professional and greets the customer with a smile. Thank you for your job well done!

Comfortable ride, love the adjustable seat that fits me perfectly. Very quiet. Every amenity you could possibly need. Safety features sold me on this vehicle. Sound system is great.
We recently purchased a low miles 2018 Subaru Forester from Santos and Klamath Falls Subaru. We had shopped from Eugene to Ashland and found that KFalls Subaru had many vehicles to choose from at great prices. We were treated extremely well by Santos and the rest of the staff during the test drive and purchase process. In addition, we were provided a comprehensive "post sales" test drive to ensure that we fully understood how to utilize the technology and features with our Forester. We would highly recommend this dealership.
Powerful and comfortable and stylish

Comfortable and smart interior, sporty handling. Looks good on the outside, plenty of space in trunk, seats fold down very easily. Good all round visibility
Excellent buying experience. I would definitely recommend burying a car here.
Basically a good vehicle with bothersome flaws

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
I just purchased my 4th Subaru Legacy! This time I bought the 2017 3.6 Liter, 4 cylinder engine. Love this car! Best car in the snow/ice. Great safety ratings. Great sightline of the dashboard (unlike the 2015.) Roomy and comfortable. Smoith ride. All the bells and whistles. Couldn't be happier!
Very happy with our purchase

This car meets all of my needs. It is a dependable car with a few preferred features: AWD, heated seats, leather interior, excellent repair history , affordable .
I wanted to trade in my 2015 Subaru Legacy leased car and buy a 2017. I knew what I could pay and didn't think that I could afford the 6 cylinder, 3.6 liter engine but I took it for a test drive anyway. What a car! I told them what I could pay and they made it work. The salesmen are non-commissioned and I like that. ALEX was a terrific salesman and made it easy. This is my 4th Subaru Legacy and my 4th time working with Klamath Falls Subaru. Won't go anywhere else.
Nice vehicle, we like it.

Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
As always they are awesome to work with. Have purchased many vehicles from them thru out the years.
So far so good

Owned the car for a short time so cannot comment on longevity of reliability. However, the Outback is a practical and versatile vehicle, comfortable and reasonable on fuel. Few gripes include, no mirror link to connect to android, which seems like a total waste of a big screen to not be able to mirror google maps or waze, and starlink is useless. No LED daytime lights, but side lights are LED, odd setup. Noisy upon start up, sounds like a diesel. Stock battery is underpowered and sluggish in cold weather. Good points are, comfortable on the highway with low road noise and reasonable pick up, feels safe and solid. Lots of interior cargo space and option of extra roof space with the convenience of built in roof bars. Moonroof and heated seats are also a nice option. Back up camera is good but would have liked rear sensors as the car is quite long. Pleased with the car and hopefully it will prove to be a reliable vehicle in the long run.
