Got my 2020 a few years back been a soild car. Haven't had one major issue with any of the car drivableity of the car. But thank again my service record is flawless . But for an all wheel drive car she pulls hard when your ready to have fun but can just cruise when you need her to the drive modes are a great ad to it . But all and all would recommend anybody give it a look and go test drive one .

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

I love the 2020 Subaru WRX - the car is the perfect balance of power and handling. Comfortable, and allows for personalization of many features. The sound of the car is the best.

You enjoy driving a spirited car that responds to your input. : “check “ you need the room and versatility of a four door sedan. : “check” You need the all weather security of all wheel drive. : “check”. I don’t think there’s anything in the marketplace that checks all the boxes like a Subaru WRX.

We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Saw a preview of a Porsche Macan GTS they listed but they did not have photos posted so I inquired. David emailed me immediately, and told me it was incoming and would send pix as soon as it arrived. A day or 2 later I got several high quality photos of it inside and out and a follow up phone call making sure I received them, and if there was anything else I wanted photos of or had any questions. Vehicle was beautiful and professionally detailed, but unfortunately when we went over the option list it was missing a few "must-haves" for me. When I told him that I wasn't interested only because it didn't have those options, he asked if I would like him to keep my info and let me know if he finds the exact one I'm looking for, which I really appreciated! Other dealers with similar vehicles I inquired about took days to reply and immediately lost interest in making a sale as soon as we determined their vehicle was missing those must-have options. At that point, they were only interested in making the sale on THAT car TODAY, not a potential future sale. David understood that not all deals happen immediately, and I'm a serious buyer just waiting for the perfect optioned car, so I'm really hoping he is able to find me the exact spec GTS I'm searching for. I know it's out there and with the excellent sales experience so far, I feel comfortable buying a car from them.

I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. This was the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was as advertised. Sometimes pictures don't accurately depict the vehicle, not in this case. I would highly recommend CAW to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle and be treated like an MVP!
