Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

Only issue is that every visit prompts another survey that if not submitted leads to more survey reminders that get very annoying. It’s just an oil change! Salesman did a good job but failed to send title information to our insurance agent. We left feeling that we received very good discounts but talking with other Subaru owners we all ended up paying about the same. Dealership interior could be nicer, other dealerships had free coffee and donuts, light music playing, nicer seating less cold feeling to the decor. Received logo hat and coffee mug has a bonus at my last dealership.
