A DISAPPOINTING CUV.

THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
I purchased a new 2019 Ford Edge ST from Stuckey Ford, working with Bradley Walker (initially starting online with Kathleen Payne). The process was conducted very professionally, and was completed in a matter of days. Being from out of town (a nearly 6-hour trip one way), there is always the possibility of unpleasant surprises. I had previously done all of my homework, and I am happy to say there were no surprises on price; vehicle availability; and the vehicle color and options were as advertised (e.g. no bait-and-switch issues). In short, a frank and honest negotiation that was honored all the way through the final purchase transaction. Bradley showed us all aspects of the vehicle before bidding us safe travels, and all Stuckey Ford personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I recommend Stuckey Ford to both local and out-of-state buyers. I have already recommended them to several of my friends as a placing this dealer on their "short list" for consideration. Excellent experience!
I have purchased 2 vehicles from here I would never go any where else ! All my family has purchased cars from here too. The customer service is great you don't have a salesman breathing down your neck pressuring you about the car inside and on the lot ... The pricing is unbeatable! You will get a clean quality reliable car from here no lemon and it is all straight forward you know what you are exactly getting . The paper work process took less than an hour both times . This will be the best car buying experience ever ! Highly recommended!

Our 5th Subaru Outback . . . THE BEST THERE IS!!!

When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!
I bought a Cadillac SRX today and have NEVER been more pleased. The price was right and service was above and beyond. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

I like this vehicle except for the engine shutting off when stopped. it does have an override switch, but if I forget to set it the engine will automatically shut off. that's the only thing I don't like about this car.
My wife and I had been looking for a new Civic Coupe for her, for about a month, when I came across a left-over 2016 online at Altoona Honda. After a quick call, I was courteously greeted on the phone by Adam Sloan who informed me it was sold the night before. He immediately inquired of the specific trim I was looking for and offered to discount a 2017 for my wife and I. We had tried to deal with a couple of Honda dealerships near us, but neither seemed interested on discounting their vehicles or earning our business. So after an hour and a half road trip, we arrived at Altoona Honda.
The first thing we noticed was a state-of-the-art dealership, new facility, and extremely courteous staff (one young man held the door open for my wife and I as we entered). We were quickly greeted by staff who directed us to Adam Sloan. After a few minutes with him, it was obvious to us that the car buying process was going to be painless. The trade offer was fair and the deal went smoothly. We left with the price and payment being lower than we expected, which allowed us to add an extended warranty on while we worked with the finance department (thank you Justin Griffith).
In closing, let my wife and I thank the staff, specifically Adam Sloan (Sales) and Justin Griffith (Finance) for a wonderful buying experience. As an ex-salesman, who has sat on both sides of the desk, I am pleased to highly recommend Altoona Honda to family and friends.

This is a great vehicle and we're so glad that we purchased one. We've had a couple of minor things go wrong that should not have such as the drivers side visor starting to squeak loudly. All said we are very happy with this car. On the down side there is now standard technology out there that is not available. Automatic wipers are missing and items like remote start and subaru's safety and security package are extra when Honda includes them both free. But my biggest issue is not the car it's that there is no convenient dealersl or service anywhere near me. The nearest service is 45 minutes away. The next car will have to be available locally.
This was the most hassle-free car purchase that I have ever experienced. I had called first to make sure that the car was still available and when I arrived they had the car parked out front and ready for a test drive. My trade-in price was agreed upon and we had the paperwork completed in just about an hour. The whole staff was great the day of my sale...Tom was friendly & efficient w/the sale, and Aaron quickly located an SD card for the navigation so I wouldn't have to wait for a replacement to be mailed to me, and the finance paperwork was completed in record time as well. After getting home I noticed that the mirror was broken on the driver side visor. I called Bud's and was directed to Wally in service who took my information, ordered a new visor and even made arrangements for my visor to be replaced at the Shelocta location which is much closer to my home. Great service before, during and after the sale. I am a very happy customer. Thanks, guys!

Saab 9.5 An overall gem of a car

The only concern that I had was the fact my leg room may have been less then I had hoped for. Other then that it was an outstanding auto.
My husband and I needed a vehicle and had a bad experience at a big name car lot. We had went to Bud's first, and found a Jeep Patriot for great price, but decided to shop around because "that's what you're supposed to do". After being disappointed by a big name dealership in Penn Hills, I called Bud's auto. I started to explain who I was, and to my surprise Tom remembered my husband and the conversation they had almost a week ago about the car we had seen. I called right at seven, when they close and expected to be rushed off the phone, but instead, he took the time to fill out a financing application over the phone. I embarrassingly admitted that my credit wasn't fantastic, and Tom was so supportive. He said he wouldn't send my application information out to a million lenders, and would get back to me with the results tomorrow. I was so surprised when he called back twenty minutes later to say that I was approved at an interest rate that was the lowest I had been offered by anyone considering my credit score. I told him I wanted the vehicle, but didn't know when I'd be able to pick it up. Tom said it was okay. He'd mark it sold and I could call him tomorrow with when I wanted to pick it up. All this took place well AFTER they were closed! When I picked it up the next day, I expected to be pressured into buying a warranty or other items, but Eric who handled my paperwork was so nice and didn't pressure me into anything. He understood what it was like to have a tight budget. They even ordered new rear brake drums for me because Tom said they felt the ones I had would need replaced within 6 months, and they didn't feel comfortable with that, not that it wasn't safe; it just wasn't up to their standard of service. He said when they come in, he'll call, set up a time to pick up my car and bring it back while I'm at work when they're finished. I was completely blown away!! As a woman who was basically purchasing this vehicle alone, I was really afraid of being taken advantage of without my husband beside me, but I was treated with respect, I had all of my questions answered and I left feeling completely confident in my purchase. I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle ever again!

Looking forward to driving it for a long time and enjoying the great gas mileage and great comfort. Also love the all wheel drive for bad weather.
Purchased a 2012 Ram today. Spoke to Both Steve and Ralph before the visit. They were helpful and informative. Upon arrival the truck was ready for me. Took it for a ride (without anyone looking over my shoulder). When I got back I met Bud who had looked at my trade and was given a fair deal. Finished off with Eric in finance to go through all the paperwork. The entire process there wasn't any pressure and pleasant. GREAT experience!!

love my new legacy can't wait to see how it handles the harsh New England winter. Great ride,Great on gas all the safety features you can think of
I just bough a car from Buds today. Steve was the salesman and he was great. He wasn't pushy at all and just gave us the freedom to look around and test drive as we pleased. Once we picked a car that was it he took car of everything and was very courteous! I didn't like that there was no wiggle room on the price but the price wasn't bad at all. It was within the range kbb suggested for the car. Eric took care of the final sale. He was quick but thorough. Overall it was a great experience. We drove 1.5 hours to get there. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.
Worked me in because I managed to have two cars out of inspection. I thought there was a month leeway after it was due. When I called they were full for a week, but when I said about my dilemma, they ???worked me in.??? I am extremely grateful!
Had a remote starter installed. Quick job. Works well, but wish that it worked with existing FOBs and that it didn???t shut the car off when I open the door.
Easy to deal with ... no pressure. Salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly . Vehicle is superior quality . Very happy with Spangler???s and will recommend to family and friends.
After searching locally, in Middle Tennessee, and on line for a 2014 low mileage Ford F 150 Supercrew 4X4, I discovered a one owner F150 Platinum Supercrew at Laurel Ford. It took several days of on line questions and answers and negotiations to get an estimated trade in value for my 2011 F 150 Suprecrew, (I have a severe hearing loss) but Scott Long was patient, informative and precise with the information I needed to know before I made my decision. I was hesitant about driving over 600 miles to buy a truck I had never actually seen, but the 100% satisfaction ratings for Scott Long convinced me to take the risk and expense of driving to Laurel Ford/Lincoln in Windber, PA to attempt a trade. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Scott, shown the truck, test drove the truck and we agreed on the deal. The truck was exactly as he had described to me and my trade estimate was exactly what Scott had promised. At no time was any pressure placed on me by any member of the staff of Laurel Ford/Lincoln and a couple of special requests were done for me in the process of concluding the transaction. I traveled round trip over 1200 miles to receive old fashioned local dealer respect and treatment. When I am looking for my next F 150, or my wife's next Lincoln MKC, I will certainly contact Scott and the staff before I make a purchase.

I first owned a 2013 impreza. I totaled it at 103,500 miles and bought a 2018 impreza with 7800 miles. You would think after 5 years Subaru would get their bluetooth connectivity issues fixed. But obviously not. I'm playing music in my car get out of my car with it still running, get back in my car put it in reverse and my phone randomly disconnects and will not reconnect until I restart the car. And heaven forbid you take your seat belt off a split second before you put it in park because it will beep like crazy even after it's in park! So stupid! I feel like my 2013 impreza was a little quicker as well. My 2013 had all the recall/lawsuit problems so hopefully the 2018 is better build quality . Other then those small problems it's been a great car and I like it.
Great customer service! Ienjoyed the comfortable, clean waiting room while my oil was changed, tires and brakes evaluated and car washed. Great value and great service!

The car of the PNW for a reason

Solid and reliable car. You can take this car anywhere, whether up to the mountains or off the beaten path. Its comfortable and named CCR small SUV champion. It succeeds by focusing on the fundamentals with a space-efficient design, large windows, and big square doors. The result is the easiest access and the best view out of almost any vehicle tested. It also has one of the roomiest rear seats with copious amounts of head and leg room.
It adapts various fuel-efficient technologies, including replacing the antiquated four-speed automatic transmission with a new continuously variable transmission (CVT), the Forester delivers quicker acceleration, as well as a class-leading 26 mpg overall and 35 mpg on the highway in our tests making it a solid adventure SUV or commuter.
I was looking for a specific vehicle and contacted several dealerships. Thomas Honda via Rich Berkey was THE ONLY dealer who was responsive to my search for a used vehicle. Rich was an absolute pleasure, he explained everything very thoroughly, kept in constant contact, and followed up with me every step of the way. All the staff were very friendly. They were very transparent about costs, fees, taxes etc...no jumping through hoops to get a good price and the whole experience was stress free.
Bought a used car for a very fair price. Car was in very good condition. They communicated well and seemed genuinely interested in helping the process to go smoothly. I drove 90 minutes to buy from them and it was well worth the trip.
We received a notice from KIA regarding our 2013 Kia Sorrento and the possibility of trading it in on a newer vehicle with 0% financing. since out Sorrento was about to be paid off we decided to take a look. My wife was thinking of a smaller vehicle than the Sorrento, we decided we both liked the sportage model. After speaking with the sales rep, we decided on the middle range for the Sportage because of the added amentities that we liked very much. We were given a very good trade amount for the Sorrento and with 0% interest our payments are now $43 LESS per month with more amentities than we had with the Sorrento. So far so good!!

Again I received outstanding service on my Silverado pickup at Thomas when I took it in for routine engine maintenance (oil change and minor engine repairs). I have always found the service personnel at Thomas, particularly Jordan Glass, to be very professional and helpful beyond the call-of-duty. Furthermore, Thomas consistently uses quality parts and their technicians are obviously qualified, skillful, and outstanding in their field of expertise. At Thomas you get what you pay for................... Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y service.
