Have always received immediate service. Appreciate the multi-systems check done each time we take our car in. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Our car is washed each time it is serviced.
Worked me in because I managed to have two cars out of inspection. I thought there was a month leeway after it was due. When I called they were full for a week, but when I said about my dilemma, they ???worked me in.??? I am extremely grateful!
Jeff and Jim the service writers were very helpful with what I wanted. They answered all the questions I had about my Subaru. Scheduled my service right away. Then I had questions about an extended wararranty and they introduced me to Denise who was also very helpful. Also spoke to Jared about some of the options on my car. He was a lot of help.
I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Hollern and sons. I found a car on their website and then I stopped in and talked to Joe Walters and he showed me the car and answered all of my questions. Joe suggested we take the car for a test drive. Joe was very informative and I purchased the car. This was truly an amazing experience the car we bought was due to be inspected in December they had me drop it off inspected the car did Admissions and oil change and Alignment topped off all fluids changed filters and put four new tires on my car because they needed them all for no charge to us!!! I've never experienced anything like this and my husband has been buying cars for over 50 years and was totally impressed we will buy from Choice again!!!
