Good buying experience, as I was able to negotiate a fair price on a Tacoma in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership itself is very modern and impressive with a good atmosphere and friendly people.
MY SALESMAN, CHRISTIAN, WAS YOUNG AND VERY KNOWLEDGED! HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF GETTING ME THRU THE PROCESS. THE FINANCE PERSON VERY HELPFUL IN BUYING THE SUV, ALTHOUGH THE HARD SALE TO GET ME TO BUY ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES WAS A BIT TOO MUCH. IF I THOUGHT THIS SUV WOULD NOT HOLD UP W/O MAJOR FAILURES TO THE 100,000 MILE MARK (THAT IS WHEN THE VERY EXPENSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTY ENDS) I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT.
I loved my salesman Brennan Walker he was so kind and patient with us as we decided which color we wanted for my new Highlander.I gotta say I love it!!!He also was patient and helpful with all my questions as we learned all the features.Best salesman ever!!!

Went in for service on our 2011 Laredo Cherokee and was immediately assisted and greeted. George in service was great and didn't give us any run around. We then continued to walk the inventory as our car was being serviced, we met James and he was super friendly, he invited us to look at the newer Grand Cherokees. Even though we were not in the market for a new vehicle, we continued to work with James for the next few weeks. He sent us info on new and preowned Jeeps through email which gave us a chance to research them. After we narrowed it down to the exact vehicle and were able to come back in, James was out but had asked John Freeman pull it up, wash it, and had it ready for us to look at. Needless to say the experience overall was the best, we absolutely love our new 2018 Grand Cherokee Upland. Thank you Gentlemen there at Roberson Motors, you all are truly professionals and have earned our business.
