When it came time to purchase, very easy, no haggling and in and out in less than an hour! Anthony, my F&I associate worked on getting the best cost and was super friendly and easy to talk to. Had car serviced on Saturday. Visit was quick and recommendations gone over. Well satisfied with Bryan Subaru. Our lease is up in a few months and we can???t wait to select our second Subaru to lease. Whoever gets this vehicle will be getting a great vehicle that has been well maintained by the Bryan Subaru service department. Highly recommend Subaru and Bryan dealerships.
I simply went in to get my Outback's airbags changed out. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. As well, I was seen within a couple minutes of my appointment time, my car was ready before the scheduled time, and when I picked it up they had washed the outside of it. Would recommend this service center to all.
The service is very efficient and customer and quality driven. The waiting area is comfortable complete with snacks and beverages and the service manager keeps you informed of the progress. They also keep track of services done and of services needs for you.
The salesman Jimmy DelPorta was fabulous. He answered all my questions and gave me the time to make an informed decision on the purchase of the car. He did not rush me or pressure me to make a decision.
Once I was comfortable that I was well informed about the car, I called Jimmy and he had everything ready for me to walk in and but the car.
Once I purchased the car, Jimmy spend the time to go thorough all of the controls and systems.
Jimmy did an outstanding job for me.
I had a new service advisor Wesley Watkins. Kept me up to date on my service. He seemed to be very concerned about how long it was taking to finish my service. He did let me no they were a little short handed that day. Had a 2:30 appointment finished my truck around 3:45. All in all I had no big issue with waiting since I am retired. Jayson the new service manager introduced himself to me and apologized for the delay.
