These staff members, starting with Alyson and Abraham then Chapman and Jimmy (and others I spoke with), were quite friendly and patient with me and worked with me until I was totally satisfied. Excellent car for safety and performance. A repeat buyer.
Subaru has added latest safety features like Blind Spot Monitor, RAB, Land Departure warning and Excelent Sound System.
I purchased Forester 2019 Sport. I felt people at this dealership are honest and trustworthy. Overall nice buying experience. I will definitely recommend Montgomery Subaru.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
I can???t say anything bad about any area of this dealership. They have been the best dealership I???ve ever dealt with, and I???m in my 70???s with many purchases and maintenance/repairs in my past. 5 ??!

Incredible car and value - loaded with technplpgy and safety features normally found, or as an option on expensive German cars. All standard equipment here. Great handling, braking, ride, acceleration and visibility
I was passing through Montgomery on a family vacation. I realized too late (to get it done at my home dealership) that I needed a regular maintenance check-up (with oil change and tire rotation) done on my Subaru. I decided to just drop in and get it done in Montgomery (after locating them online). They could not have been more accommodating, or speedy! They were also very concerned with my satisfaction. I was amazed by their friendliness, efficiency, and speed...especially considering they must have known that I would not likely be a returning customer (due to proximity to home). Kudos Montgomery Subaru!
Bearing design problems.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
Best car buying experience we have ever had. Attractive dealership, very friendly, knowledgeable personnel, and a good inventory of vehicles for us to choose from.

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
I gladly drive from just outside Atlanta to have Montgomery Subaru service my Outback.. They are highly professional, friendly and always work hard to accommodate my schedule. Montgomery Subaru has my trust.

This was a pre-owned vehicle used lightly as a loaner. It looks, runs and even smells like new. And we paid a great price, no BS
I was able to tell Kyle over the phone exactly what I would be expecting in the way of not spending all day at tge dealership. My time is very important to me and my wife and he made sure that he took the time to go over what we needed to know but not waste time on things that didn???t concern our choice of vehicle. Once we made the decision it was very professionally handled to our likings.

This car is more than I expected. It has a fun, smooth ride.has plenty of ports for my electronics, bluetooth, sirius accessibility. Gas mileage much better than my previous vehicle. I usually have buyers remorse,but not with this car. LOVE IT.
Everything covered and quickly by phone by true polite professionals who know their Subaru???s. Best price over threee dealerships . Finance man quick and salesman explained car operations clearly.

The 2018 Outback 4-cyl. Limited has been excellent so far. Power is adequate, the safety features work well, handling is good, and the ride is comfortable and quiet. The motor growls, unlike the smooth-humming Honda 4-cylinder motors I'm used to, but it's ok. It does take about six times as long as the Hondas to reach normal operating temperature, however.
Interior is pleasant. There are distracting reflections in the outside mirrors (especially on the driver's side) of silver trim around dashboard air vents, and the inside rear-view mirror is too low because of the "Eyesight" equipment, obstructing the driver's view to the right. Both of these problems appear to be easily remedied in future redesigns.

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
It was nice to do business with such a nice group of people that treat you like family . I was sick that day my wife and I purchased the 06 GMC ENVOY and two days later the guys called to check on me to see if I was feeling better with the cold that I had. Its nice to know that they care more about you than just the sell of a car. Great people highly recommend them to everyone . Sincerely Todd Grant

I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)
