Hands-down this is the best dealership I have ever worked with. I wanted a direct and open buying process, which I made clear initially and that is exactly what I got. My salesperson (Trina) and the financial office were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I have brought my car here repeatedly for oil changes and recently for brakes and other minor maintenance and am always treated well. The waiting rooms and comfortable and there is one with a t.v. and one without, which I really appreciate since I always have work to do. There is also good wifi, free snacks and caffeine. If you have to wait you may as well be comfortable. I feel like I received excellent value with my vehicle and highly recommend this dealership. I now wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I purchased a used 2006 Hyundai Elantra from Five Star in June and I couldn't be happier! Despite the fact that I didn't purchase a Subaru, they treated me no different! My salesperson Joe was nothing but kind and well oriented. After purchasing the vehicle, my CD player was not in top shape and they replaced it with a gorgeous aftermarket for no cost! The service team is also something to amaze, the waiting rooms are clean and stocked, and they even have a gazebo for us outdoor lovers! The Five Star salesman responded very quickly to emails, and big surprise - their website was up to date! They had the car we wanted in stock, we made an appointment, the car was ready for a test drive when we arrived. We were able to complete the deal that morning and drive the car home that same day! No hassle, no arm-twisting on financing or warranties, the best buying experience I've ever had!
