This is our families 3rd Nissan. This is an upgrade in size fro the Murano we had for 9 years. The Armada is beautiful, quiet ride and handles so nice.

The service and management is second to none. They supported me from start to finish accompanying you step by step and facilitating each process. I checked quality and prices in other dealers but they never was better that this one.

I have a 2018 Edge Titiaum with just over 15,000 miles. Could not get the cruise control to work. Dealer just informed me it is going to need a module costing over 17,000 , plus 300.00 labor. Seems this part should last longer than 15.000 miles.

In my complicated situation, getting a car is impossible. His approach is quite relaxed, and he did not put any pressure on me. I got approved: got the brand new 2022 Honda CRV. Not only that, Peter also helped me find the lowest auto insurance rate! His exceptional skills and qualities made the deal possible. I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

I purchased this Jeep brand new in 2012 as a 2013 Model, I have since put 150,000 miles on. It is a Jeep and can get a little uncomfortable on long highway drives. I took this on a 3 week coast to coast road trip across the US I would know. It does a great job towing my 20foot i/o boat to and from the lake, but wouldn't recommend long trips with that much to tow. Maintenance has been astonishingly low, the only things I needed was regular oil changes, brakes, and a radiator leak that was covered under warranty. This is one of the best all around vehicles, top down cruising in the summer and 4x4 for the snowy PA winters.

First off, the features which I think could use improvement include: 1) The front seats are rather hard and get somewhat uncomfortable after 100-150 miles. They are fine for short trips, but when taking the car on a long voyage, be prepared to stop every couple of hours. 2) The visibility could be better. The pillars behind both sets of doors are quite wide which gives less visibility when looking out of the vehicle. This is also true for the rear corners. 3) Getting in and out of the rear seat is somewhat awkward for adults. This can be made a little better with running boards or similar outside "steps". Other than these rather minor flaws, this is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. Reliability is awesome. Acceleration is more than adequate. It will cruise at 90 mph all day long without breaking a sweat. It does an excellent job of towing; I pulled a 32' Airstream behind mine with no problems. It does ride more like a truck than a passenger car, but thats because it really is a truck. mine has 225k on it, and the only parts I have had to replace were all 4 shocks, but I live down an extremely bumpy dirt road, so that was expected. The 4 wheel drive is very good; I've had mine in both mud and sand and have yet to get it stuck. Plus, it has plenty enough torque to pull out others who did get stuck. Overall, I would say that this is a xxxx fine vehicle.

Rick was great! Handled all paperwork through emails before hand. Made purchasing a vehicle quick and easy when I arrived. Location has a large inventory compared to most dealerships.

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

Only issue i have is my turbo blew at 60k miles good thing its under warranty. Other than that this car is nice to drive.

My recent experience buying a car from Carbone Subaru of Troy was joyful, which is not something I thought I'd ever say in my lifetime. As a young woman, buying a car from a dealership has proved to be difficult time after time. I'll recomend this vehicle to anyone and everyone. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned. It has an exelent balance of comfort and ride. Fuel consumption could be better, but on the other hand I like the responsive engine.

I have a 2022 Chevy blazer RS. Loved everything about this vehicle. Love the style, handling, acceleration. I just enjoy driving this vehicle. But at 4800 miles the actuary module went on it. I was very disappointed for the money I spent on this vehicle for something like this to happen so early. It was replaced so time will tell if it happens again. I bought a new car because I wanted reliable transportation but now it’s always in the back of my mind that something could happen again.

This is my 3rd Subaru from Carbone Subaru. Process was quick. Staff are always very nice. Must be doing something right since we keep going back!

I've owned my Lincoln for almost 3 years. My Lincoln has never failed me. My Lincoln moved us from Colorado to S.Carolina pulling a 5x8 cargo trailer. My Lincoln was a champ we were dodging hurricane weather so we hit flooded areas. I would definitely tell you the Lincoln MKC is a great all around SUV.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

This was our 1st BMW Suv purchase. It has 3 rows which accommodates our three kids very nicely. It’s roomy and very comfortable. The only thing that it has that I wish it didn’t, is the automatic start/stop button feature. The brown leather is beautiful! The crystal knobs are great quality. We bought the M sport so it has all the sporty exterior features. I would highly recommend this vehicle. We’re very happy!

Volkswagen Pittsfield exceeded my expectations on my new VW ID 4. Everyone was helpful and friendly despite some supply chain bumps and last minute changes to EV credit qualifications. Laura was very reassuring and took much time to clearly show the car features and help persoanalize them. I have no reservations in reccomending Volkswagen Pittsfield.

It was a great experience. The only downfall was the paper that gives you the info on the outside of the car said we would get a full tank of gas when purchased but the tank was less than half full. When I noticed it we were at home and didn?t want to bring it back for that. Salesman was real friendly.

VERY HAPPY with the car except for the embarrassing horn LOL and the fact that the car is smarter than I am technologically speaking. I'm learning new options all the time.
