Tom and Olvan were both a pleasure to deal with and a delight. They brought us in, showed us the exact vehicle we wanted and we were out the door. Thank you so much. It really means a lot to us. We were treated like family. ***** 5 stars. thank you

Alexandria VW review
We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!
2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I've only owned this car for a month and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Comfort ( i have had multiple spine surgeries ) but the seat and controls are screen availability are great. Very stable in corners and excellent drivability.

2022 Jeep Wrangler review
Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
2020 BMW X4 review
Great car and great value. Nice electronics and interior. Love the run flats and heads up display. Not my first BMW and definitely not the last!

Wonderful experience with carneed. They made everything as straight forward and as easy as possible. The car we purchased from them was exactly as promised. We could not have asked for a better online car buying experience.
