2025 Chevrolet Equinox review
My 2025 Chevrolet Equinox LT has been a great all-around SUV for daily driving. It offers a smooth, comfortable ride, a quiet cabin, and plenty of space for passengers and cargo. The infotainment system is easy to use, and features like wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and the built-in safety technologies make it feel modern and convenient. Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! Excellent experience and good to see there are honest, reliable and caring used car dealers out there. City Wide will definitely get my business again when time to upgrade or get another vehicle.
2015 Chevrolet Equinox review
I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

2020 Cadillac XT4 review
We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. 2018 BMW X2 review
My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

2023 Cadillac XT4 review
My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
A big contributing factor in choosing the Hyundai brand was my previous experience with two different Elantra that I had a 2007 and a 2015. Both my mom and sister have driven only the Hyundai brand for the last 20 years or so with good results. My interest in the hybrid vehicle has been around since the Ford Escape came out. In 2021 I finally had the right circumstances to purchase one a Ford Escape. Last year a major recall occurred there was no way to solve the issue. So I traded it in for a 2024 Tucson Hybrid the NLine Trim. Both vehicles are similarly equipped. My only two dislike about the Tucson it lacks a place to store your eye glasses in. The other item is the shift arrangement it’s a push button type thing I prefer a wheel type selector that was in the Escape or the old fashion way. I still have under 2000 miles on the Tucson. Before purchasing it I did some read some of the reviews. Some mention the gasoline mileage as a concern. Comparing the two hybrid vehicles I still fill up once a month and probably get the same amount of gas. My commute is about 20 minutes one way. There seems to be more storage capacity in the Tucson. Both vehicles do not have a spare tire and have that fix a flat type of deal. The back up camera works great both during the day and night. Over all it’s a great vehicle. I would recommend it.

2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.
