This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

I have been going to Merrimack St Volvo for over 30 years and have always been treated well. The service advisors are always friendly and helpful with whatever I need. There labor rate's are cheaper then the guys in Nashua. Maybe that's why they don't have a new building.

I have purchased Volvo's from them and get them maintained there also. They are excellent in all regards. I highly recommend them. I have purchased several cars from them over the years. The process has been excellent.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

I have owned various Ed Reilly Subaru vehicles for nearly 40 years. On the evening of Wednesday, 2/28/18, my 2014 Forester developed a noise that had been getting progressively louder during the day. It was 5:20 PM and I knew the Service Dept. at the dealership might be closed. I called on the off chance someone might still be in the Service Dept. Office. I really did not want to drive the 20 miles home on the highway. A young man named Josh answered the phone and after listening to my story immediately invited me to come in (even though I knew it was after hours). I feel he went above and beyond to help me. He took my car out for a drive and could hear the sound I was referring to. We both had wondered if it could be due to damaged wheel bearings. He offered me a "loaner car" and told me someone would look at my car the following day. I was thrilled because I really didn't want to drive home with the noise getting louder by the moment! On Thursday, he called me to tell me that it was not the wheel bearings, but some sort of cover that had slipped and was rubbing part of the wheel disk. The technicians made an adjustment and fixed it. While I was fully prepared to pay for whatever it cost to fix the problem and for the technicians' time I was told there would be no charge. (Apparently, it was a minor repair and only took a few minutes to fix.) I am so grateful to Josh and his team for putting my mind at rest on Wednesday night and for ultimately fixing the problem. He didn't need to see me on Wednesday evening when he was trying to "close up shop". This is why I have been a faithful customer of Ed Reilly Subaru for my last four cars. For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I bought a used 2015 CX-5 in 2015 from Seacoast. From start to finish, the buying process was great. Absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. No tricks or gimmicks. I got a fair price for my trade. And a good price on the CX-5. Salesman Ryan McGuire was patient and knowledgeable. The service dept was also top-notch. Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

I won't buy a car without first checking to see what Alex has. He's the boss and he's excellent. I can't recommend him enough. Not a high-pressure sleezy guy like you get at most other larger operations.

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Love my 2022 SE PHEV. Purchased from Carmax. Comfortable cloth seats, rear seat legroom is great, electronics are way above average especially the iPhone connectivity. Large cargo space behind rear seat. Nice looking 18” wheels. Have only purchased two gas fill ups since Oct 2023. I really have no complaints.
