The wait time was somewhat excessive but as we all know, staffing for almost everyone is tough these days. I offered to pay but he was apologetic for the long wait time. How often does this happen? Purchased a (almost new) used vehicle from here, drove two hours for the specific car. Was a great buying experience and was in and out quickly. Only complaint is the car was hardly cleaned...I found potato chips and gum wrappers under the seats from the previous owner, and the car seemed to not be polished for light scratches either. They should be more versed in their used car detailing/reconditioning department.
