Went to have a nail removed from my tire. Apparently it was not under warranty as I was told when i purchased less than a year ago from same location. Anyway the associate Earnest Brooks Was very kind. When I left I noticed the air in my tires had not been updated still way below psi and the warning lights were still on. I drove right back Earnest quickly came out and had everything fixed according to state laws. He is the only reason I didnt make a formal complaint. His professional demeanor and quick fix kept me from losing my cool. Going forward I hope the mechanics onsight dont do a rush job and complete everything correctly.

I have been driving my car since 11-20-2025, it's a great car. It's realiable and has great features. The only down side is thst the stereo could be better but, nonetheless it's an overall well-rounded car. Plenty of space and just enough bells and whistles to not want anything else.

Everyone there is helpful and really professional.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Very attractive, spacious, and cozy car with a lovely, elegant interior. It uses gas really well. The three-cylinder engine is one of the best in its class, producing 200 horsepower and 225 torque, so don't be deceived. Try high-octane gas; it will increase your mpg and make driving more enjoyable. CVT Plus is incredibly dependable and seamless. These are high-quality cars made in Japan. I hope this is useful.

I have a lease vehicle. Recently it has had a battery / key fob issue. The battery was replaced. There is still a key fob issue. I will be calling again today to have this issue addressed. It should have been taken care of when the vehicle was there. No it is not a key fob battery issue. I replaced the battery. So back to square one. Lets see how this is resolved.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

The Cadillac XT4 Is a good SUV,it just falls a little short in some categories that could make it great.A little better performance.better quaity interior pieces and some reliably issues.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

Overall good service and great cars the only thing I didn't like is that all cars come with no dealer warranty

Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

My car needed a new engine due to the recall. I spoke to the manager Ernie Preciado and he took the time and explained how the whole process was going to be. When the time came and my engine completely failed, I called him and he immediately guided me and got my car in. It took a little longer than expected to have the new engine replaced because there are too many cars waiting to have the same service but throughout the process they kept me informed of what was going on and the best part is that I’m extremely grateful that everything went as planned. after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Alex and the rest of the staff at Ball Kia worked patiently with us as we were figuring out if the Sorento was right for vehicle for our family. Just a terrific car for the price. I'm 6'6" tall and have long legs and I'm more comfortable in this car than I am in many much larger vehicles. I've gotten over 40 MPG since I've owned it and am really enjoying driving it with the lane assist and auto hold features.

The Kia Sportage hybrid AWD is an awesome vehicle. Gas mileage in the mid thirties, bigger cargo area than anything in its class,& it's super quick. Speedier than the non hybrid model with a sweet exhaust note. I'm totally impressed with this vehicle

I bought a pre-owned Subaru Impreza RS. Great overall experience. Navid and Max were awesome, and they did everything they said they would. I was able to get an OTD price via email, and when we got to the dealership, there were no gimmicks. Max even held the vehicle for me without requiring a deposit!
