This visit was a scheduled basic oil, lube/mpi. I was welcomed promptly as I drove into to the reception bay. Work flow was explained. Later several items that needed attention were alerted via text. Checkout about 1 hour later went smooth. The front ( service rep) experience seems better than it was a few years ago. Some new people up front, different management focus. All good.
