It should have been taken care of when the vehicle was there. No it is not a key fob battery issue. I replaced the battery. So back to square one. Lets see how this is resolved.

Went to have a nail removed from my tire. Apparently it was not under warranty as I was told when i purchased less than a year ago from same location. Anyway the associate Earnest Brooks Was very kind. When I left I noticed the air in my tires had not been updated still way below psi and the warning lights were still on. I drove right back Earnest quickly came out and had everything fixed according to state laws. He is the only reason I didnt make a formal complaint. His professional demeanor and quick fix kept me from losing my cool. Going forward I hope the mechanics onsight dont do a rush job and complete everything correctly.

We did not end up purchasing the Odyssey as we were unable to come to terms on the Out the Door pricing but still enjoyed a wonderful few rounds of negotiations. As someone who has worked in many auto and power sports related industries before and through attending university, I am always impressed with Mossy’s professionalism, kindness and just general calm while putting up with my antics. Once we were finally ready to move forward, Ryan had everything prepared for us. We were able to test drive the vehicle again, review the details, and move through the process smoothly and efficiently. His patience, honesty, and customer-focused approach are exactly what every car buyer hopes to find. I also want to thank Sam, the sales manager, who was extremely helpful during the final purchase process. He worked hard to make sure we received every incentive and discount available and took the time to explain the numbers clearly. At no point did we feel pressured—only supported. Buying a home and a vehicle at nearly the same time can be stressful, but Ryan and Sam made the car-buying process easy, transparent, and enjoyable. The Ioniq 5 is an amazing vehicle, and the experience we had with this team made it even better. If you’re considering a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for Ryan and working with Sam.
