2023 Cadillac XT4 review
My wife and I enjoy our XT4 and we have drive it over 19,000 miles in 11 months. People complaining about issues apparently didn’t test drive one before they purchased other wise they shouldn’t be complaining. Performance 8 Comfort. 8 Quality. 7 Exterior finish 9 Interior 8 Ride. 7 Quietness. 8 Nimbleness. 8 Handling. 7 Rear seat room 6 Over all for the value it’s a very nice car. The sunroof had a rattle - dealer repaired a loose clip - fixed - - dealership replaced its battery it seemed weak - replaced with a more powerful one. We have at times spent 7-8 hours highway driving found it very comfortable and quiet. Headlights light of the road ahead very good. In all a very good car. Sounds like some owners should have driven one more before purchasing one or maybe purchased a larger model. We have owned many much more expensive vehicles and this one is in the top ones we have owned. We are in our 70’s so its smaller size is great for getting around. We haven’t had any issues like their complaining about. We will purchase another one possibly a 2025 model.

Overall great used car buying and trade in experience. They had no issues with a mobile PPI checking the vehicle. There was room to negotiate the out the door price with little hassle. Never felt pressured to buy the car or in general. They also have the option to complete most if not all paperwork online. They offered a fair price for my trade in as well considering Kelly Blue Book values. I worked with Irvin for most of the purchase process. He was laid back and easy to talk with both in e-mail and over the phone. He kept straight to the point and answered all of my questions and concerns. Once again no pressure. He was very amiable in person. I worked briefly with Aaron(I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) for finance and paperwork. He was quite friendly and easy to talk with as well. He didn't pressure me into any extra packages but informed me on all I was interested in. Both of them wanted to make sure I was well informed before making any choices. My only complaint was that I spent a bit longer in the dealership than I planned, but it was an understandable oversight as well as a little funny. I don't see it being a regular issue for most customers and not enough of a problem to dock a star. Overall very nice experience. I recommend the dealership in general and working with Irvin if you get the chance.

2017 Chevrolet Equinox review
We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Steve Austin's is a great place to have any GM vehicle serviced. I purchased my Cadillac XT4 at a Dayton dealership, but have my car serviced at Steve Austin's for two important reasons: 1.) Great service, top notch service writers and technicians. 2.) Steve Austin's goes to great lengths to ensure your vehicle is properly serviced. They contacted GM directly regarding an electrical issue, corrected the problem and my car was fixed. The Dayton dealership was eager to sell me my Cadillac take the cash, but not eager to schedule my car for service. An oil change and tire rotation was 3 weeks out, no loaner cars available as I work and live in another city. They promoted written false advertising stating that they would pick up my car from my employer, service it and return it the same day. No deal when I called to schedule for service. I won't return to that Dayton dealership, but I will continue to repeatedly go back to Steve Austin's!
2022 Chevrolet Equinox review
At first we were looking at the Trailblazer. Then we saw the Equinox on the lot, and we took it for a test drive. Once we were inside my wife said this is it. The vehicle was very comfortable, roomy and had very good performance. We've had this vehicle for over a year, we have drove it to Los Angeles twice from San Francisco and the gas mileage is phenomenal. I can go from San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. In San Francisco, the hill assist is very useful. I am pleased with my vehicle and expect to use it for the next 10 years.

We purchased a used ‘25 Mitsubishi Outlander last weekend at the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group dealership in Fairborn, OH. We live almost 5 hours from their location so much of the communication/information was done online and over the phone. Needless to say, we got a good deal on this vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Bo, Joey, Dustin, and Derek did an excellent job providing everything we needed- and there was quite a bit- to complete the online process and get everything ready for our arrival. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with during our purchase. Finishing the buy and picking up the vehicle was quick and easy. 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2017 Jeep Cherokee review
I have the Trailhawk trim, the serious off-road version. Finally, a car that I can confidently drive in and out of rough construction sites, and not be afraid that I'll break it or get it stuck. It is possessed by a powerful spirit of wanderlust, and frequently demands that I take it on drives just to see places it hasn't yet been, preferably places that normal cars cannot go. If Don Quixote de La Mancha lived in our time, he would surely drive a vehicle like this one; a vehicle truly fit for a modern Knight Errant. I didn't know until a few days after I bought it, and I don't think the dealership knew either, but this one has about a 2" aftermarket lift, and slightly larger tires than stock.

I contacted them through their web site on a Saturday and Max replied immediately, and not with the standard pre-scripted automated reply from an inquiry. He answered my questions, provided a full walk around video and all the details of the truck. I was impressed with his integrity and communication throughout the process. 2018 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.
