Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

I had 7 starts left on my Sprinter due to the DEF not working correctly. I called and they said bring it on in. In 3 hours I was completely fixed and did not have to worry about getting back to Ohio. I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but praise for this dealer prior to and completion of this purchase transaction. From the time that USAA, working with the TRUE CAR website put me in contact with this dealer everything seemed to be going as preplanned. The personnel, from the internet section, the salesman, and the financial professional seemed to be working for a very smooth and customer friendly deal. I do have to say that an issue has come up after the sale, that the salesman and the sales manager are working on to assist in resolving a question that has come up concerning the appearance of the grill of the auto. In the photo of the automobile that I used to decide on this specific auto, a full front grill was shown. But after the purchase and when I arrived at home ,I discovered that the front of the auto was not as presented in the initial photograph. I do have to accept some responsibility for this because I did not do a complete walk around of the vehicle prior to the agreement to purchase, due to inclement weather. I just assumed that the auto was as I expected. I am willing to work with the sales team in order to resolve this issue.

I would definitely buy from this dealership again.
