Good price for a good car not great but good. As a fairly wide-bodied retiree front sear comfort is on par with airline seats. Too narrow and hard. SUV looks good and runs good but for long trips no way.

When I think of car purchases I think of not so happy times. Typically I go from buying a car to being sold one. But not this time. Our salesman Jake Roberts actually listened to what we did, and did not want. There was no pressure to change our our original wants just to get a good deal,in fact he worked with us to find what we were looking for, at a great price. I can't say enough about our experience with Jake and the dealership in general.

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Great experience from start to finish! After I inquired about the vehicle, I was immediately followed up with by Rachel. Rachel was super helpful and informative about the used vehicle I was trying to buy (2022 Lexus GX 460). After only a few days, Rachel and I were able to work out a deal in which we were both happy with. The vehicle was (2) and a half hours away from my house so everything was nailed down over the telephone prior to the pick-up. When we picked up vehicle, there were any hiccups and the vehicle was as advertised. The vehicle was deatiled and in even better condition than I could have asked for. Conrad helped us with the finance part and explained everything thoroughly so there wasn't any misunderstanding. The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I had my car in for service. John called me everyday with an update. He was great! Central's service department is the best!!

Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

Service department was very efficient from check in to performing my repair. I would highly recommend the professionals there, especially John Furtado.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation with an overall check up and was done quickly and efficiently! Very happy!

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

Aside from photos, I never saw the car until I took possession of it but the car was described accurately and in great condition. I love it! Bought it new in 2020. Grand Touring Reserve with the turbo in Soul Crystal red metallic. I'm currently at 56k miles with zero issues. I do oil changes every 5k miles. Originally I test drove a CRV, RAV4, Forrester, and CX5. I picked the Mazda bc it looks, feels, and drives like a luxury SUV. 320 |b/ft of torque for a compact really gives it the edge over anything else in the class. Four years later and it still feels as solid as the day I bought it. The handling's amazing, and the ride is great! Some people have called the ride firm but I would say it's super compliant. It settles very quickly over bumps without feeling upset. The Bose system sounds "good" but only has bass and treble adjustments with no mid which would make it even better. The ventilated seats work better than in other cars I tested as well. It's also one of the quietest too letting in very little wind and tire noise.

So far its been a good vehicle. It's drives and handles well. Safety features excellent. Gas mileage excellent. Hugs the road good. I like the camera in rearview mirror.

There was no pressure fto purchase nor was there any pressure to buy up sell items or trim lines that were unnecessary. Instead, I was allowed to express what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Allen introduced me to the s5 I expressed an interest in, thoroughly explained it’s operating system and features and then, let me take it for an extensive test drive. The test drive was with my son and I alone. We were able to spend time with the car and see if it really met our needs. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any sales hype. Anthony came in after I was fairly certain that I wanted to buy this particular S5. We spoke about my financial parameters and he and Laurie pulled a rabbit out of their respective hats. I was able to get this car with financial terms that made sense for me. They gave me a fair trade in allowance and the s5 price was very good. No haggling, no "let me speak with my manager". They gave their best shot right out of the box. I really appreciated that. Laurie also found an extraordinary interest rate for the car loan. In fact it was far better than I had already obtained on a prequalification from the lowest cost lender I found on my own. In short, Audi Cape COD respected me, listen to what I was saying and helped me to purchase the car I wanted under fair terms. They earned my business and t he opportunity for my future business. I highly recommend this dealership and it’s team of friendly well trained professionals. In fact I have already made such recommendations to a handful of my friends. They are that good.

Brought our 2018 Q5 in for service for a door lock sensor and a problem with filling our gas tank. We had purchased the car a couple months earlier. We were concerned that we had these problems so soon after purchase. The true colors of a dealership come out in times like these. To our delight, we were not only treated wonderfully, given a loaner, but all repairs were taken care of!!! Thank you to our salesperson, Allen Parsons, the general manager, and the great service department for the efforts on our behalf. We will be loyal customers forevermore!!!

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I worked with Alan parsons and bough a used Audi Q5. The process went so smoothly. Alan was not pushy at all. He took care of every little thing I asked him to do with the car and made the inside of the 2013 look like new! They were also very careful about covid. They had extra gloves and masks in a basket readily available. Really happy with this dealership!

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.
