Highly recommended. Great people great service. Sam Rawashdeh is great to work with. He went above and beyond to secure my vehicle. Sam kept in touch with me and answered everytine I called. Kept me well informed along the way about timing and the next steps. One thing I must mention is when i arrived to finish off the deal Sam was at the door waiting on me. He recognize me from a distance, came to me and got started with the paperwork. That's a great salesman. A great friend!!!

Paretti Land Rover Baton Rouge review
I was contacted by Ms Jessica Bell on a Friday via text as I had filled out information online the night before. Jessica and I talked and I told her my budget and what I was interested in seeing. I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. Hats off to Jessica Bell for making my experience at Paretti Lovely. My wife and I are ecstatic!! As a business you can say customer service and customer satisfaction is your practice but if you don’t have the employees whom buy into the culture and arrive at work daily with this as their priority, it just doesn’t work. Again hats off to Jessica Bell, Dionne and the rest of the Paretti Staff. Merry Christmas to you all! Roshon

Southpoint Volkswagen review
We just bought a 2013 Touareg from Southpoint VW and it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. This is our third VW and Southpoint was the best dealership we've dealt with. Our sales man Bill Rinehart was unbelievable and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. We're looking forward to Southpoint being our dealership from now on. Well worth the drive from Mississippi! We located the dealership and vehicle through cars.com and they provided excellent customer service every step of the way to help us decide to purchase from them. Even though we were two hours away and a little unsure about driving down there we never felt like we were a burden or that anything we asked was too much. They jumped through a lot of hoops to get us to give them a shot and then sealed the deal when we got there.

Southpoint Volkswagen review
My after many miles and many years together, my time with my beloved Jetta S was nearing its end, so I began looking for my next car while I could still get a decent amount on trade-in. I'd done my research, and I was pretty certain I wanted a Jetta TDI. I came here looking to test drive and get a feel for what I could expect options-wise for said future purchase. The contrast between purchasing my first Jetta and this one was unbelievable. It had to be the least pressure I've ever experienced with any purchase, much less with a vehicle. Jeff also didn't play any games when offering a fantastic deal, either. Rather than treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about because I happened to be a woman, he listened to what I was looking for when it came to performance and didn't try to sell me a 'cute' car or one with features I didn't want and knew I wouldn't use. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, and I was out of there driving my new TDI within a few hours. Throughout the entire transaction, the emphasis was placed not on closing the sale, but making sure that I was satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. While my last experience with the finance department at a car dealership left me wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible, Oliver was fantastic at explaining exactly what my contract entailed and how my financing would work. Any question I had was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully, and I absolutely could not be happier with my car or my experience. Not only that, but I was given an excellent deal on my trade, and I'm comfortable that my Jetta S will find a great new 'home.' Two days later Greg sent me a text message to make sure I was satisfied, and I was more than happy to give a glowing review. If you're in the market for a VW, please do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache and great deal of time, money, and sanity and go see these guys. I can't speak highly enough of them.

The best car buying experience ever. Alex and his co-workers made my purchase of my Honda Civic very easy. If I had to do it again I would go back to Motorcars. Alex is a man of his word. He told me he was going to send me some replacements fog lights and within a week I had them. Thanks again Alex and your co-workers. You guys rock!!! (They all were so friendly and nice.)

Great, friendly staff, transparent pricing, no hidden fees, and no tricky sales tactics. The paperwork and approval process was quick and they found a lender with a great interest rate.

We had the best experience at this location. Michael was the best associate and walked us through everything and was extremely patient after the crappy experience we had at another location. We are so happy. Thanks Michael!
