2024 Dodge Hornet review
After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

2019 Jeep Wrangler review
The only draw back is the location of the small battery for the keyless ignition. It’s located under the fuse box , very hard to access to replace . Gas milage that I get is 18 city 24 highway . Only 28 k in 6.5 years . When new I did get 27 highway and 20 city . Even if you fold up the back seat not alot of storage . Performance is outstanding . Back up camera is a big help .i had a 1993 wrangler , no comparison . Great winter and summer drive .

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Bought one for my son for college. Had 108K, now as 190K. Can't complaint. Safe, reliable and very comfortable. Did have to replace the oil cooler assembly, but that's a given on a 3.6. Other than that, tires, brake pads, the usual. It's been a winner.

2020 Kia Sorento review
6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

2022 Kia Seltos review
I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review

2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Overall this is one of the best Chevrolets I've owned. I change the oil every 5000 miles. I have had two issues with engine related problems, one being Fuel pump driver control module which needed to be replaced after warranty time and the other was the emission canister purge pump replaced under a special coverage. Styling wise I love it. Gas milage is great especially with the gas prices today.

2014 Nissan Murano review
This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

2024 GMC Terrain review

2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... You all are amazing and we are so grateful to have met you all.
2024 Mitsubishi Outlander review
Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

2020 Jaguar I-PACE review

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 43 review
I have a 2019 GLE 43 AMG version. At roughly 45,000 miles, the car started making an intermittent rubbing sound when shifting through 1-3 gears under a slight load. Took it to the dealership. They hear the noise but cannot locate it. Power train Engineering is involved but simply said they knew of no issues. The problem has not been resolved. Has anyone else had a similar issue??
