What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I just took delivery of my new 2024 Ultimate GMC Denali 1500. I will state this fact, it was worth the wait. The Ultimate diesel purrs like a kitten. I love it an again well worth the three year wait.

Our 22 Wagoneer Series II is awesome. So quiet and the ride quality is like there's a layer of cream cheese between the road and the tires. Totally reliable, nothing but oil/filter changes. Super roomy and comfy interior.

We have a 2022 Wagoneer Series II rear-wheel drive. It's got nearly 47,000 miles on it now. We absolutely love it. "Silver Zenith" exterior and the two-tone black/Baltic salt interior. It is SO roomy and comfortable, and quiet! Ride quality is smooth as the suspension absorbs just about anything. The exhaust note has an amazingly deep note to it. We love this Wagoneer.

My advisor, Isaac, was friendly and professional and attempted to address any questions or concerns that I had. Once my truck was actually in the shop (about a week after being towed to CDJR) they were able to repair it within 24 hours. My greatest inconvenience was that the service department was very busy with multiple vehicles ahead of mine and during the week of waiting, could not give me a timeframe as to when they could look at it for the initial diagnostic. I asked Isaac if he could give me a daily update on the status and he did. Thanks Isaac. Overall, I would recommend their service.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Machens CDJR after about 55,000 miles to get checked out for a new set of tires. They were probably borderline on needing replacement. In retirement, we’ve begun traveling more and more. Tim DeHart in service measured the tread, told me it’s time to think of replacement but they “were not broken yet.” I appreciated Tim’s expertise and experience and not “selling” me when replacement was not absolutely necessary. He got the new tires and had them installed for me the next day.

The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

I worked with Zac today. This was the 3rd dealer/salesman in 3 weeks. This was the most pleasant experience my wife I have had. As far as the sales process went, we ONLY dealt with Zac, there was no pushy middleman saying we have to do this or that. The whole process went really well.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

These guys were great. I made a deal over the phone then drove 1100 miles to get new (to me) truck. the deal was exactly as we had discussed on the phone. They could have added things to the deal knowing I was a long way from home but they didn't. Honest and not pushy! a pleasure to do business with.

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

Purchased a new 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid from Joe Machen’s Hyundai in Columbia, MO. a few months ago and needed to take it to service to get mud flaps installed they ordered for me and I must say their service department is very good. Great to work with, got us in and out quickly, gave us a free car wash certificate to Country Club carwash. Their facilities are spotless, and their waiting area gives every other Hyundai Dealership something to aspire towards. It's a very comfortable vehicle for our family, and we take road trips that quickly show a vehicles strengths and weaknesses. This is our fourth Suburban, so clearly, we are fans. The capacity, comfort, and utility of this Suburban makes it an excellent choice for our family of 5.

Went shopping for a new car for my wife. Dave Johnson was the salesman and was wonderful. Went back at closing time with my wife to look at the model she wanted. Dave had already went home for the day so we decided to come back the next day. Well Mr. Johnson heard we had come back in and drove from his house back to the dealership to help us after it had closed. We bought the car. My wife had found a Mercedez that she liked but bought the BMW just because of the customer service we received from Dave Johnson and the crew. We will definitely got back for another car.

Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

I've worked with Josh Reichlin and Rusty Drewing a couple times already for my personal vehicle purchases, but with my 15-year old twins getting their permits, we needed something for them as well. Josh was great to work with as usual - helping us sort through the options until we found what worked best for us. Negotiations with him and Rusty went quickly and smoothly with us reaching a fair deal on each vehicle. I highly recommend BMW of Columbia for both new and used vehicles. I should also mention Brad Davis in the finance department was great as well. Their customer service can't be beat and with a fair deal on the purchase what else can you ask for?

My 2018 Traverse is large enough that I (6'2") can get into and out of it with no problem. If I put the 2nd row of seats down, I can stretch out with room to spare. Averaged 29mpg on a 1400 mile trip in Sept. Has more power and better mpg than my 2012 did. If I get another car, it will once again be a Traverse if it is still available.

We found ourselves between a rock and a hard place and didn't think there was anything we could do, but we stopped at Machens to look at their "tent sale" vehicles. It was then that I ran into the greatest guy, Mr. MC Dampier, while I was certain there was nothing they could do to help us, MC was sure he could help us out. It took him less time than I thought and he had us preapproved for a reliable used car with low mileage and affordable payments. Along with MC, Mr. Dedrick Shelby was also very helpful and actually closed the deal. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
