I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Lexus NX 350h from Cerritos Lexus. This was about a two-month process for me because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, and the team was patient with me every step of the way. Daniel was my salesperson and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He always followed up, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. When I had concerns about the payoff amount, he took them seriously and worked with the team to make sure everything was corrected before I signed. Luis stepped in on Daniel’s day off and made sure everything went smoothly on delivery day. Elaine took the time to answer my financing questions and explain the payoff process. Whalid gave me a fair value for my trade, which honestly made it possible for me to purchase the Lexus I really wanted. 2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D
2025 Kia Telluride review
We have had the Telluride for approximately two months. So far we love it. It rides great! We took it on a 12 hour trip to the mountains of North Carolina. We love having a six cylinder engine and it handles the windy mountain roads great!!

2024 Mazda CX-90 review
Purchased the PHEV a little over 1 year ago and put 12K+ miles on it so far, and I like it a lot. Its stylish, quiet and great on gas. I consistently get over 70+ MPG around town and 35+MPG on longer trips. However, I *strongly recommend* the L2 charger as it cuts charging time down to 2.5 hour with 29 miles range. Without it, the L1 charger takes forever. I went with a 30W auto splitter on my dryer plug for under $140 on Amazon. Its amazing! However, even if you switch to gas, the Hybrid system averages 26 MPG with standard driving. My only complaint so far is the connection to Google/Apple play sometimes drops for seemingly no reason 1-2 times a week and the reactive driving can be touchy. Overall, very reliable and fun to drive. I highly recommend.
