Mercedes-Benz of ScarboroughReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Scarborough review
I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

I went in for a required oil change. A very sharp eyed technician noticed that I didn't have many miles on my truck. He said I'd loose out on my 10,000 mile warranty & I should do the required maintenance now. I took his advice!! Very grateful & happy!

Thank you Matt, Spencer and James for your professionalism and congeniality with the purchase of our Lexus rx 350. I must say it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a dealership. On the rating of 1-10 yours would be a 10 plus. Again, many thanks to you all. Faye and Dennis O'Connor

Portland Volvo of Scarborough, ME review
Mike M was excellent to deal with. My wife and I felt no pressure to rush our decision. We purchased an XC90, and Mike did a thorough job explaining the working details of the vehicle. Also, it should be noted that this is the first time we have returned to buy a second vehicle from the same dealership which speaks to how well we have been treated by Portland Volvo.

Wiscasset FordReviews
Wiscasset Ford review
My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.
