The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I bought my 1st MINI in 2014, had 4 since then, my son totaled two Countrymans in ‘22, the other two he is not allowed to enter. I would recommend it day and night, fun cars to drive, worth every penny, makes you feel great, it is just perfect in every way. Keep building them “MINI”

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

Allan did an amazing job of helping me get info on cars and CarMax process. Ultimately they didn't have the car I wanted but I did end up selling my used Kia there. Kim was amazing and super pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process exchange. Will use them in the future 100% if I need to.

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.
