This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. Nothing like that has ever happened to us In the 40+ years that we've been purchasing vehicles! The folks at Nissan of Rivergate are top-notch all the way. I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

I just bought a 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige from KIA in rivergate. They are always very professional and make the process quick and easy. This is the 6th KIA we’ve bought. We’ve had a Cadenza, Sorento, K5, 2 Tellurides, and now the sportage. I’ve loved them all and have not experienced any problems with them. KIA continues to exceed my expectations.

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer LS AWD. This is fun car. I've made so far almost 42 000 km and completely satisfied. The only issue was surge pump but was replaced due to warranty. I like design, size, fuel consumption, stylish look and more. Recommended to everyone.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!
