Took our Toyota Tundra in for regular maintenance service. Service Advisor Kevin Harrah was professional and pleasant. Service was completed in a timely manner. We left the dealership. Drove onto the highway and when we applied the brakes for the stop light, the brake pedal went to the floor. Had to pump the brakes frantically to get it stopped. Pulled into a parking lot and drove around and pumped the brakes many times to get brake pressure back. Appeared to have air in the line. Scary experience!

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.

This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

Tharon is by far the best car salesman we’ve had the pleasure of working with. My dad is usually pretty hard on salesman but he will be coming to Tharon from now on! I got a wonderful vehicle at the price I needed it to be to be comfortable every month. Hes very understanding and personal. Doesn’t pressure you into things and doesn’t make you have that uncomfortable feeling you usually have at a car lot. I don’t have enough kind words to say about him!

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

My 94 year old father-in-law sold his 2002 van to CarMax today. The experience was positive from start to finish. Every step of the way was accurately described and timely. And Denidra, who handled the sales paperwork may have been an actual angel. She treated my F-I-L with the utmost courtesy and respect. Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

Friendly staff, Song was my sales person and he had all the information I needed for the car I chose. He was informative and kind. He quickly got me through the process and after test driving the car I loved it.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before
