We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport review
Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

2022 Kia Seltos review
I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

First I like to say my name is Mr Van, and I like to.tell you about my wonderful experience buying my car from Global motors. I found a car I really like and it had a very fare price. I called Global motors to let them know I had interest in this car and wanted to know if the car was mechanically sound. I asked can I have a purchase order because I have a bank check for my desired cost. . They assured me the car was clean and well kept and no major issues where present. I informed them I'm from Maryland and I like to set up the entire transaction before flying to Binghamton NY to take possession. They reassured me that they would be able to accommodate my request and began the process of preparing the paperwork. They FedEx overnight a purchase agreement with no hidden fees or anything. Only the agreed price. So I mailed the the order back next day with my check in tow. A day later they informed me they got the check and paperwork, just give them a few days to prep the car with temp tags. I agreed that's fine I will not be able to fly there till the weekend. So on Friday evening right after work I took a flight to NY and stayed in a hotel room that night 🌙 In the morning I took a uber to the Global motors dealership, it was 10 minutes away. Soon as I got out my uber one of the brothers greeted me Mr Vann? I said yes hello . He said your car is ready for you freshly washed come inside and just sign a few papers. So about 10 minutes later we talked smiled, joked a bit and I thanked them for making this such a fantastic experience buying a car, zero stress. These guys are honest, professional business owners and you can tell they really care about you as there customer, I love how they run it. With all that said I encourage anyone looking to purchase a car to strongly consider shopping with Global motors. I've had many cars in my time but this time has been Magical. 2018 Jeep Renegade review
This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. They even did the license plate, title, tags, etc. all right there - I didn't even have to go to a notary. Thank you Snell - keep up the great work!
2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2023 Nissan Kicks review
A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. From the very start of my car shopping in June, 2023, I chose Matthews Planet Pre-Owned on the Vestal Parkway. One of my high school pals, Donna Shelp Fletcher, works there as their title clerk. I contacted her and asked her who I could work with at the dealership to help me find a vehicle. I ended up working with Andy Busch, who was very helpful, patient, and friendly. I really like how they do not pressure you at all. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Chevy Trax. They gave me an excellent trade in for my Volkswagen Beetle. Everyone I came in contact with during this process were fantastic. Prior to buying this vehicle, I had a Volkswagen Beetle which had a recall. I called them, they set up an appt and were very accommodating & friendly. Took care of it with no problem! This past spring, I had an issue with my tire not taking in air at an air pump. I drove it right over to the service center and made it there before they closed. They checked the tire thoroughly. While I was waiting, Jim Morse GM, happened to be walking out into the service area, saw me and was so friendly. He doesn't know me from Adam! He asked if I was being helped so I told him my car was being looked at. He walked right over to them to see how it was going. He didn't have to do that! Then Tim Salisbury, (I believe he's a service mgr), who checked me in to begin with & a truly kind and friendly man,said they wanted to perform a thorough check to make sure nothing was wrong with the tire, so I waited in the Waiting Room, which is very clean & comfortable, has vending machines, and even popcorn, coffee, and water available while you wait. Every employee who walks by smiles and says hello. When my car was finished, Tim came to get me from the waiting room, said everything was good to go and no charge!!!!!!! They really want the best for you. Today I went back again for my NYS inspection. Tim checked me in... Again, so kind. I went to the waiting room. Jim Morse happened to walk by, again not knowing me, had a huge smile and a friendly "Hi! How are you doing?" Tim came out a short while later and said "You're all set!" It passed! I 150% recommend Matthews Planet Pre-Owned for buying a vehicle and for all your auto service needs. Oh, forgot to mention that I also got an oil change a couple months back. Great service, as usual. Who else gives you a card for a free car wash after each service? Just Matthews! They are, in my opinion, the best for all your auto needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

My wife and I were shopping for a car to replace out totaled 2016 Prius V. We headed to Vestal to check out Matthews as they sell a few of the brands that we wanted to try out. We had a great experience with a sales rep at their Mitsubishi / VW dealership even though I didn’t fit into most of the cars we looked at. The salesman we were working with recommended we check out their Kia / Subaru store and called ahead for us. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Brian Chadwick and I’m happy to say everything worked out great. I explained what we were looking for and he took us to a bunch of vehicles so we could see how I fit into them. Eventually we test drove a 2020 Subaru Outback even though it wasn’t on our list and we loved it. We went back in and did the preliminary paperwork which was painless. There was no pushiness around the optional extras that they offered. Most importantly the price was very fair without having to do any kind of haggling. When all that we could do with Brian was finished for that evening we were passed onto one of the finance people who was also very nice, and again this was completely straight forward. No backroom sales pitches or any other junk that we’ve run into before. We came back the following Thursday to finish all the paperwork and take delivery of out new Outback. The process was very relaxed and if I can be honest, we left without feeling like we’d gone through what I’d call a normal car buying process. This was so far removed from any experience we’ve had in the past, we will definitely be coming back here the next time we need a replacement vehicle. If you’re looking for a car, I’d recommend the trip to Vestal to check them out and I definitely recommend working with Brian Chadwick.
2024 Kia Seltos review
4000 miles since new. Mileage in the mid 30,s. Handles and rides very competently. Love the Interior, great materials. Will keep for many years in retirement.

2022 Chevrolet Trax review
Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Overall this is one of the best Chevrolets I've owned. I change the oil every 5000 miles. I have had two issues with engine related problems, one being Fuel pump driver control module which needed to be replaced after warranty time and the other was the emission canister purge pump replaced under a special coverage. Styling wise I love it. Gas milage is great especially with the gas prices today.

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.
