My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

This is the first time in my life in which I purchased a medium-priced car and feel each time I am in a parking lot that there is no other car around me that I would rather have. It's an incredible vehicle for the price, functional in every way, reliable, beautiful, and so enjoyable to drive.

The service department here is very good. Tyler the Service Manager is by far one of the best people I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was very thorough and professional. Never tried to upsell me on additional services. I was just in for a simple oil change but never expected a full inspection and a check over my vehicle included. Definitely 10 stars in my book.

I’ve had my ‘15 latitude, for a year. T-bones a car, last week, and they crumple like a beer can… In other words: had my wife get a ‘16 75th edition TODAY!! Yes, ramen diet, for a few years, + her “special edition” doesn’t have heated seats, or a heated wheel 😖 My latitude does!! I wouldn’t look at different 💯

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

Let me get started writing this review by telling you my experience with Ryan Gwinner. What a wonderful salesman. Not too pushy and gets the job done. I was unsure if I was going to walk into Matthew's Honda to get a car due to how scary it is to purchase a new vehicle. Ryan made my husband and I very comfortable by allowing us to tell him what we expected out of the car we were looking for and how much we could afford. He cared and listened to our wishes and met everyone one of them and more. I'm not the easiest person to handle, but Ryan was very patient. He answered any question we had about any car we asked about and didn't make us feel like we were bothering him. Did I mention he stayed over an hour after his shift to make sure we were successful with our purchase? He didn't make us hang around or go look for him to ask him a question, instead he was right by our side. I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Mike was awesome! We lived ~60 miles away, so Mike did most of paperwork remotely before we came and picked up our new vehicle so it saved us a lot of time. Gave us a very good deal on our trade-in. Very smooth process. Mike was very responsive and accommodating - he was even willing to let us try hooking it up to our toy hauler when we expressed concern about the back of the truck squatting due to heavy tongue weight while other dealers that we went to didn't even allow us to test drive it. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, he hopped in to the new vehicle and went thru all the functions on the display. Very knowledgeable. Finance process was smooth as well. Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.

They will try and help you get into a car that suits you I was trying to get a charger but my salesman ridge got me into a beautiful 2015 Honda accord

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it

This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

Bought a new 2011 Countryman S, Rare Surf Blue w/black wheels. Great fun. Fast, Comfortable, Reliable. Moved out of CA in 2015 and sold the Mini because I thought the roads in the new southern state wouldn't be the best ride. Big Mistake! Could kick myself for selling it!

A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

I purchased a used car from you. I was told it was a 2018, but the paperwork says that it's a 2017. I don't understand it.

Had this LT for a year now and it has been very nice. Great gas mileage and seems to get just a touch better on the HWY than reported. Overall a great value and good overall car in the entry level. I would recommend the LT trim as it has the nicer interior but keeps the price point down. It packs a ton of features that you don’t expect from market segment. Also gives you a lot more room than you expect, very comfortable for 4 people with no problems.

I live in Columbus, Ohio area and had visited all Toyota dealerships there, looking for a 2019 Avalon. I could not find the vehicle I was looking for so I turned to the Internet to find a Toyota dealer who might have the particular model I was looking for. It so happened that McDaniels Toyota in Marion had the exact vehicle I wanted. Though it was a bit further than I wanted to go, I drove the 50 miles to McDaniels to check it out. I arrived at the dealership 6:00 p.m., purchased the vehicle and was driving my new Avalon back to Columbus by 8:00 p.m. All the sales people I spoke with, including the manager were very friendly and helpful. There was no haggling and I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. I am 74 years old and have purchased lots of cars over the years. This is by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will return to them for my wife's next vehicle. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership.

Genuinely a fun car to drive. Packs a lot of tech for the money, and only compromises with its transmission (which can feel a bit sluggish sometimes). Bought mine new back in May, approaching 7,000 miles and still pleased with the driving experience. It's super minimalist yet has a lot of creature comforts standard that make the experience all the more enjoyable; mainly its heated seats, wireless Android auto/car play, and remote start capability (with my 1RS model I also have the heated steering wheel, a very nice addition to have in the winter). While it prioritizes a sporty look over sporty performance, it doesn't really leave you feeling like you're missing out, you can pull to overtake without feeling like you're giving the car its all. I've had a few hiccups on occasion with the infotainment center becoming unresponsive and causing static over music, but after a few minutes it corrects itself, overall the issue is a rare occasion. Lots of cargo space and a comfortable ride, this SUV was a great match for the often unpredictable roads of Michigan.

Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.
