Very nice business oriented place. They work with you and treat you like a customer instead of someone who is bothering them. I was out of state had ever thing set up for me when I got there even negotiated the price over the phone.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

I have not had this car for very long. Only a couple months but so far it seems to be working and driving very well. Smiles!!

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

Customer oriented. Pleasure to work with. Honest people. Good follow through with out of town purchase.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

This as my first time dealing with this dealership, and I had an excellent experience with them From the very first step of the buying process which involved a test drive to the actual receiving of the car, everything was handled very professionally. The salesman Mike Troxell treated me like family and their finance head Rodney Smith helped me obtain an even better financing deal than the one I had from my bank. The car came with a free Carfax report that made the buying decision easier. Their commitment to their customers is exemplary. I can see why they have been in business for 33 years!

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

2025 Trax LS . The cheap trim level with a key Local dealer selling them at $1500 off. No tricks or xx. Yeah , even I was surprised Designed in China . Made in South Korea . The good- basic transport with some flair The bad- Must have opened only one row of containers at the port . Any dealer that had an LS only had the one color.. Does it's business , even on the freeway ..70 mph all day long . I try to change the oil often , as the wet timing belt is probably only good for.50000 miles . Comfy smooth on the road. Rear seat passenger says no , but all in all a decent buy at $21000.

I live in the Chicagoland area and was looking for a Taos with FWD, but for some reason there are no dealers with this SUV on its lot. I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

Excellent the service provided. The service coordinator was very friendly. When we got the vehicle back it was clean and all work had been completed.

This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

The body shop did a great job with repairs. The receptionist and our contact person, Guy, were friendly and helpful.

Drove one in New York, NJ ,PA area for work (rental). Loved the connectivity to Android, very simple, you get what you need. Comfortable, drove about 800 miles and it did very well driving in all sorts of traffic and terrain conditions. Overall very satisfied with the car, would consider buying one if the reliability is good long term.

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

Considering it’s a 3 cylinder car, the performance exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for speed and power, you’ll be disappointed; it’s not designed for that. It’s a small SUV, designed for economical transportation and it doesn’t disappoint on that front. Very comfortable, handles great, great on gas, looks nice and even the base model has everything you need. I miss the push button start which is lacking on the base model, but not a huge issue, and no button on the remote to open the rear hatch is annoying too, but again, I’ve adjusted! Otherwise, you have to consider the low , very affordable price as a trade off. I love it! GM has a winner!

Our experience there was great. Everyone would cheerfully answer our questions. Our sales person Sheila Passmore really took a lot of time explaining the workings of the car. We still have questions, but Sheila said that we could bug her anytime (we will try not to). She is such a helpful person. The whole purchase was made easy and relaxed, no pressure and no rush at anytime. We have dealt with the Defouw dealership since 2014 and have always had really good sevice.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

After 100,000 trouble free miles we bought a second Renegade this February. Good car, reasonable mileage, no complaints. Moved up to the Trailhawk trim package
