The team at BMW of South Miami took the time to show me what I’m h family was getting for the extra money and found a way to make it fit in the budget. Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

We bought our 2022 Outlander sport GT in august of 2022… when we compared feature for feature with the other small crossovers, this was our favorite.. it looks nice , has plenty of power and is comfortable on long trips . We took it to the snowy range and it handled the mountains with ease. This is our first brand new car and we are “ seasoned citizens “ So the warranty was also a big selling point . We are super happy with it . Planning on this being tje last car we buy !! I am confident ot will last a long time !

I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

I traded in my 2019 Hyundai Tucson SE for the 2022 Outlander Sport because the Tucson reliability was horrible. Sure you get alot of features, but half of them I don't even use. And the service Departments at Hyundai Dealers are horrible. Now on the otherhand the Mitsubishi Dealer was great. They even did all the financing work before I even went there so I was in and out in 30 minutes. I just wish this vehicle had Active Lane Keep Assist and sportronic transmission so I could use it as a manual. But other than that the Outlander Sport is great and I get great MPG with it. And the service department is great, no any attitudes or issues with service. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

I walked into the dealership & was impressed by how nice it was. Then I saw something that I haven't seen before, a very nice saleswoman named Tori Williams. In all the years that I've been buying a new car I have never dealt with a sales woman so I picked her to help me partly because I wanted to see just how knowledgeable she was about the vehicles. I am a very picky about what I wanted I'll admit that so I was curious about how she would accommodate me. She was wonderful. Very nice & patient and no matter what I asked she had an answer. I looked at the vehicle I was interested in & then told her I would think about it. After spending an hour with me I thought she might be a little upset because she spent all that time with me and I ended up leaving without buying a car right then. She could tell I was a little apprehensive about committing to a car payment for a new car versus buying u used car. She was very understanding tho & I left to think about it. Later in the day she called me and told me she had found all these rebates for the Escape & how much they would give me on my trade in &I was impressed & elated. She had made it possible for me to afford the new car that I wanted. She even had it in the color I wanted. I told her I would be there on Monday to get it. I went to buy it & she had all the paperwork read for me to sign then put on my plates and went over all the features patiently so I was completely comfortable with the new car when I left to drive home. There was no pressure on me by John the financial officer,to buy all the extras like all the other car dealerships I've dealt with. Tori Williams is the best car sales person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting & I sent my sister-in-law to her to buy a car. She was very happy with the help & bought her husband the vehicle he wanted. So bravo Lou Fusz for having a woman sales person. I'm recommending her to everyone. She's patient, she really cares & there is no pressure. What a breath of fresh air.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

The updates. I was kept up to date on the entire process.

I have had my Countryman S for about 7 months and 2000 miles (I have two other cars). It’s Chili Red with Petrol Blue interior. My favorite points are 1. The interior. If you love interesting fun interiors as I do then you will love it. If you try to avoid black interiors and exteriors you eliminate 90% of the cars other make. With Mini, you can get perhaps the most fun interiors anywhere and the Vescin seems comfortable enough. Just with they had ventilated seats. 2. Power, FINALLY Mini got a full BMW tune given you pay about the same price. It is plenty quick and I get 33-36mpg on the highway all the time. Drops much lower zooming around town. 3. Appearance and layout. I like the unique appearance, low roof line for kayaks and plenty of room for the kind of car it is. Negatives: 1. Electronics. Had several updates since I bought it and it has improved a lot but will take some getting used to. Use the favorites menu. Everything is pretty much forced onto the center screen. Sometimes Mini does things to be cute rather than practical. Rather than a start button it uses a flag toggle key you turn off and on like an old fashioned key. If you have to change cars like I do it’s confusing. 2. Center console. Basically, there is not one. There’s a little clam shaped compartment the size of a clutch purse. The armrest doesn’t open. Wasted potential. You will hate this if you are used to piling layers of stuff in a huge center console. Glove box is minimal, too. Neutral. 1. There’s no screen behind the wheel but there is a heads up display. Frankly, after awhile I don’t miss it at all. The heads up is excellent but it takes a little getting used to. 2. Suspension is a bit stiff like all Mini’s. Makes it sporty but trade off is feeling most road imperfections. It does take the top off bumps well but it’s a trade off. In summary, the reliability has been good AFTER the electronics updates and most things work well. It is just so fun to drive and look at inside and out that really I am not sure what I’d rather drive. You might cross shop the BMW X1 and see which works better for you. You cannot beat Mini interiors though for just pure fun and the driving matches on what is a practical Mini for a family. Oh, I got it to tow a camper but I have yet to do that. That is a great new addition in my book. I will probably get a kayak trailer.

From start to finish, our experience was stellar. We contacted several dealers, Crown, Grayson and Subaru of Kennesaw. Crown was the least typical "car sales" forward. In fact, we felt zero pressure from our rep, Kelly Carlson. She was extremely responsive and informative and she went above and beyond to get us the exact vehicle we wanted, ordering it from another dealership. We love our SUV!!! Runs great, runs smooth! And looks Great!!! I would reccomend it to anyone. I love the back up camera, the phone on the sterling wheel, and the many other features it has!!!!

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !
