Norman Hyundai review
I spent some time looking at cars and just not finding anything I loved, then I went to Norman Hyundai and worked with Gabe. He listened to my wants and needs, then presented me with an option I never would have considered. PLUS he was patient, answered my questions, understood my buying perimeters, and fought for me to get the deal I wanted. I am happy to say that I bought a (pre-loved) Mercedes GLB 250 from him!
2012 Kia Optima review
This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase

2011 Chevrolet Malibu review
I bought a 2011 w/ 7k miles and now have 163k miles. Very few issues new water pump 5 years ago, 2 brake jobs, synthetic oil changes every 3k miles, replaced windshield wiper motor. Very good vehicle for the $. Buying slightly used saved me $7k.

2017 Dodge Journey review
Been enjoying this vehicle for a few years now. Was my company vehicle and gifted me at my retirement. The jobs and other tasks that this vehicle helped me through has been amazing. The 3d seat is a plus and when it's down the cargo I can load is fantastic. Good performance, mileage and maintenance. I'd buy another one with no problem.

2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. It’s plush with features and luxury items. Love the looks, love the ride, love the comfort and love the low cost of ownership. Jeep lives up to its name and fame.

Sold a couple of cars to these guys! Got a fair deal on both of them and got paid within a few minutes. I continued stalking the website and came across a super clean GLK Diesel! Kemal was easy to deal with and had me out there door very quickly for a cash deal.

2010 Nissan Maxima review
Doing fine at 175k miles this car is a dream. I've been approached for offers to buy it. This car saved our lives in a near head on crash. As a sports car sedan it has lived up to its name. A few fixes, nothing major thus far. I'll be riding in this reliable gem hopefully for years to come.

Awesome experience. Sales manager Mel Navarette was extremely helpful, considerate, and was anything but your typical car salesman. This man listened to our needs and helped us every step of the way. The entire team was friendly and helpful. They found the financing that fit my situation , in spite of my less than great credit and small down payment. If you're looking for a good deal check out Southwest Car Sales, and ask for Mel. Nice inventory and good prices.

2002 Cadillac DeVille review
I love my car but come on! How many people have I seen online with the exact problem OVERHEATING!! Did the makers do this on purpose? It seems to me they did! I was headed to work 25 miles away from home & yep over heated out of the blue. Replaced tensioner pulley belt and thermostat. Again! Replaced water pump still overheating! Then both front wheel bearings out at the same time replaced. Replaced over flow tanks cap. Throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor plus went through $300 worth of antifreeze no joke! Why are us cadillac owners having the exact same issue? That's not fair! I tell you people will do anything for money so sad! We should get some kind of repayment!

Bob Howard Toyota review
I had my 2017 Toyota Highlander in for spark plug routine replacement. The price they quoted was less than the estimate from a local mechanic. There were 2 other services that were overdue and they suggested having the work done. They gave me a generous discount. Since it was going to be several hours to complete the work, they offered complimentary Uber rides to and from my house. I am completely satisfied with the service and Dillon who made the discount affordable. He kept me informed throughout the process.
2014 INFINITI QX70 review
Best car I ever purchased. Have always owned inifiniti’s (original i35, qx56 twice, qx4 twice and now a 2014 qx70 i purchased in 2018. Absolutely love this car! Handles well, heavy but sporty ride, does great in snow (I’m in Chicago), and the exterior has a unique and good look. I take care of it like it’s family - detail regularly, do all the maintenance usually before it’s due and just love it. Currently at 108k miles and plan to keep it to 200k. Only, only complaint is that the dash/graphics are dated (even for the model year). Could drop a grand on getting 3rd party apple play headset installed, but would rather put it into keeping in pristine condition. So sad infiniti dropped this line as nothing new out there tickles my fancy. The mechanics always comment how this was the “last good product made by intiniti”.
