Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
It’s so much better than expected and my expectations were high. There are so many lies out there about Tesla’s but they are easy to drive and easy to own, and more affordable than most think. I’ve had a few minor issues but Tesla took care of them quickly. I’ll never go back.

2023 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2022 Tesla Model 3 RWD. It has LFP batteries and I can charge it to 100%. It's degraded about 3% after 15 months, so not too bad on the battery. It's been great, with no problems that were Tesla's fault. A truly great car and highly recommended!

Great experience! Buying a car was a breeze. We came in with a number in mind, and two people in this dealership made it happen. Mark Cato and Mike Finegan. Mark is in sales, and Mike is a manager. Mark went above and beyond at every step of the way, from greeting us at the door, to sending us off in our new CX-70. And Mike is actually there to help you, he gave us a fair price right off the bat. This was the second Mazda dealership we stopped at that day, and Mike’s starting offer was other dealership’s “final” offer. Needless to say, next time this will be our first and only stop.
