AutoNation USA Gulf Freeway review
I cannot recommend this location enough after the excellent service and very good experience I had with my first time financing a vehicle. Cesar Rodriguez and Raul Silva both worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs within my price range. These gentleman were extremely patient and professional when handling the sale. I would also like to thank Mark and Brandon in financial services. They both persisted through technical difficulties in order to deliver excellent customer service all the way to the end. I would absolutely recommend this location if you’re in the market for a used vehicle and I will be returning in the future!
2021 Tesla Model 3 review
This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Awesome car buying experience with no run around ! Very straight forward easy experience. They do not pressure you or give you the run around at all. The customer service is beyond FANTASTIC! My salesman Mike was truly helpful & prompt on the the whole deal. Will definitely be referring family and friends & continue buying from CarMax (especially this particular location) !
2024 Tesla Model 3 review
This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

Hey guys, my name is Kathryn Murphy, I applied for a house as a single mother with 3 kids in Cincinnati but was not approved due to a bad credit profile. My score was around 460 across the 3-credit bureau with negative rentals on my rentals report. I was on a credit repair forum on reddit when a lady wrote about SAFEPORT CREDIT SPECIALIST how they cleared her debt and increased her credit score. I never believed what she said, but I decided to give them a try. I quickly contacted them for repair assistance which I got a response immediately. They cleared out all negative items on my report and increased my score to 801 excellent credit score, also added positive tradeline within 17 days. They are the best credit repair company I’ve ever come across. Hit them up and let them know Kathryn recommended them to you and come back to thank me after 17 days. Email [email protected]
2021 Tesla Model S review
purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I wanted to share my story because I know how hopeless it can feel when you're trying to fix credit and nothing seems to work. My wife came out of a horrible marriage, and her ex did things that tanked her credit, some of it she didn't even know about. When we got married, I dove headfirst into figuring out the credit system (I'm Dutch, so this was all new to me), because her score had a direct impact on our ability to rent a house and improve our quality of life. We started small: a $200 Discover card when her score was around 530. It got paid off, then she got a Capital One offer with a $1k limit. We clawed our way up to 633 with months of self credit building. Then she had emergency spine surgery, we had to use all her credit, and her score dropped right back to about 550. I pulled her reports, filed disputes, got a small $150 item removed, but two collection accounts, a $500 T-Mobile bill and a $5,500 rental/military housing debt (that should at least partly be on her ex) wouldn't budge. I sent letters explaining she's on state benefits, tried to negotiate, but I wasn't confident anything would work. Meanwhile we were slowly paying down the cards (they'd gone over 100% utilization after her surgery $1,070 on Capital One, $280 on Discover), trying to get utilization under 10%. Her score was stuck around 563. Then I came across a group of people on a Reddit credit forum testifying about SafePort Credit Specialist. I was skeptical, but I figured I had nothing to lose, so I contacted them at [email protected]. After about 10–15 days and making some financial commitment, they texted me to have my wife log into her credit profile and confirm her new scores. When she logged in, her scores had jumped to 809 Experian, 811 TransUnion, and 801 Equifax. All negative items were deleted. All debts were marked as paid on time, and they even added positive trade lines, which helped push her scores even higher. I can't tell you the relief. If you're stuck in a similar situation and feeling like you've tried everything, I highly recommend reaching out to them at [email protected]. It genuinely changed things for us.
2023 Tesla Model Y review
Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

2026 Tesla Model Y review
The 2026 Tesla Model Y continues to be one of the smartest electric SUV choices on the market. With its refreshed design, improved efficiency, and real-world range of up to 357 miles on the Premium RWD, it feels more refined than earlier versions. Acceleration is still impressively quick (as low as 3.3 seconds in the Performance), the Supercharger network remains unmatched, and the spacious cabin plus generous cargo room make it practical for everyday family use. Full Self-Driving capability keeps getting better too. Overall, the 2026 Model Y strikes a great balance of performance, efficiency, and practicality that few competitors can match 😊

As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

2022 Tesla Model Y review
The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

I am writing to share a recommendation for a a service that helped me improve my financial standing and navigate my credit situation. I recently worked with Crypt Ghouls to review my credit profile and develop a plan to address issues and improve my credit score. Their guidance was very helpful, particularly if you are currently preparing for a major financial milestone like applying for a mortgage or auto loan. They also provide services related to recovering lost cryptocurrency as well as use their distinctive hacking techniques to remove hard inquiries and negative items off one’s bad credit Given the positive results I experienced, I want to pass along their information in case you require similar services. You can reach them directly at [email protected]. They also offer a refund policy for their services. If you decide to reach out to them, feel free to mention my name as a referral. Best regards. Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

You don’t know how relieved I am right now. You all can contact SAFEPORT CREDIT SPECIALIST and be guaranteed your credit issues will be over. I have always not been very financially responsible and I want to change that. I wanted to know how I can boost my credit score, and if I would be able to get my credit score up to a good place so that I would be able to take out a mortgage this time next year. I accidentally missed a payment for my car insurance because I always put all my money into savings and take out what I need when I need, which was dumb because I forget to put money into the account when planned payments go through, this caused me to miss one of my insurance payments and I got a letter but I did pay it as soon as I got the letter, which was a few days later. It's not just this that has affected my credit score badly but other stuff has had minor effects. I was kind of panicking because it's a bad credit score. I was incredibly screwed. But everything eventually paid off when I met Safeport Credit Specialist through a reference online (May God Bless Him). His work rate, professionalism and discretion are top notch. He increased my scores and removed all the negative items that have been affecting my scores within 12 days. Which finally got me the mortgage for my house. Tell him Anna referred you to him. 2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I've driven the Model 3 for three years and overall would recommend especially for people who can charge at home. The fuel savings is significant. I like the size. It's roomy on the inside like a midsize car while still being fairly compact and easy to park. Visibility is excellent especially with the side view cameras that turn on automatically when signaling to change lanes. The not-so-good: getting in and out might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. While the car is quick, the handling feels sloppy when turning at higher speeds. Overall, this car has totally sold me on EVs. I don't want another gas car ever again, but I doubt I'd get another Tesla. There are other good EV options available now.

2018 Tesla Model 3 review
I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

2019 Tesla Model 3 review
Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.
2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I have a 2025 model 3 performance bought new and no has 13k miles. Car has superior acceleration above and beyond gas cars and is quiet and smooth. Sound system is above average and once you learn the touchscreen system it's a breeze. App for Tesla outperforms all other car companies and camera system is great. Range is dependent on driving habits. The more speed the less range. Self driving is great as well. It is not perfect but really relieves stress during congestive traffic and road trips. During my ownership I had a rattle in the passenger door witch was fixed under warranty. Car's paint seems a little thin but acceptable. Interior is minimalistic but overall quality is good. Charging is easy if you charge at home and saves money overall. One on road trips as long as you listen to the GPS and trip planner you'll never have an issue with range. This is my second electric vehicle and Tesla is far superior than the first one I owned.

First experience working with Big Star Chrysler we’ve always gone through Big Star Honda. From the moment we entered it was like we found our second home dealership wise! Manny was our salesman and went above and beyond to take care of us. Though it was a used car Manny made sure this vehicle was worked on and like brand new before we drove off with our Sequoia. Big thank you to Manny! I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I have come to the conclusion that most of the negative statements I keep hearing about Tesla's are politically based. especially the ones about the environment. I currently own a 2022 model 3 awd, and it is BY FAR the best car I have ever owned. It is now a little over a year later and my first year's maintenance to run my car... realistically, ZERO. Other than the car payment, I have not put a penny into my car. I have solar panels, so charging at home is FREE for me. I did however make a 1500-mile trip that cost me $140.21 at charging stations and 3 trips, roughly 350-miles, that cost me $14 each. The ONLY negative I have found so far is how quickly it will go through tires if you drive it the way I do, I constantly put my foot into it. I got 15,000 miles out of the brand-new set that came with the car, due to the cars weight and ability to beat any vehicle I came across out of the hole. drive it normal and you will not have this problem... So, lets recap, I spent $1,182.21 for a full year on what would equal 15,000 miles worth of GAS, and upkeep of any kind (anything not covered by the warranty, such as the possibility of, fluids, brakes, oil changes, tune ups, filters, belts... did I miss anything?) put on a gas vehicle and now have no wear on a new set of tires. Charging: I constantly come across people who think this is a problem. It takes me 10 to 15 minutes to charge at a supercharger, which are everywhere and cost a lot less than gas pumps do. but since I charge ONLY at home unless I go on a trip more than 150 miles, 180 during good weather conditions, away from my house. Extreme weather conditions: hot conditions seem to affect cost to operate less than cold, the opposite of a gas vehicle. The heating element evidently draws more current than the compressor in an EV. However, driving in snow and ice shocked me, my model 3 went places without getting stuck that I would not take my Jeep Wrangler because the Jeep would have... the bottom of a Tesla is like a sled, it is rather smooth and glides across snow... now keep in mind I have not seen past a foot of snow on the street with this car yet... so much heavier snowfall could be different. It also seems to perform better on ice than any other car I have driven, due probably to the computer control it possesses. Comfort: This is by far the most comfortable car I have ever been in. Has a great sound system and is basically its own environmental system. Any animal left alone in a Tesla is safer in my opinion than one left alone at home. Can the Tesla system fail? sure. Can your house catch fire or some other emergency happen? sure. Both are equally possible would be my guess, house fires probably even higher. Safety and security: Do other cars currently have similar systems to my model 3? lol not even close that I have seen. This is the main reason I love this car... Most of my jobs I have had, have been driving jobs. I have logged a lot more hours behind the wheel of a car than most people, and my biggest fear has always been some kid walking out from between two parked cars on a residential street and me hitting them. This car will avoid hitting that child better than any human can. It knows the child is there before you do through its advanced camera system and will react quicker than anyone can and brake before you can even react yourself... THIS ONE REASON MAKES TESLA THE BEST CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED. I don't care what anyone says, considering I have owned a taxicab company and driven so many different kinds of cars, I know cars, and this Telsa I currently own is by far the best car I have ever owned.

2021 Tesla Model 3 review
If you want a maintenance-free vehicle, this is the closest thing you can find on the market. We’ve been driving the wheels off our Model 3 LR for almost two years. No gas stations, no oil changes, no fluid changes (unless you count windshield wiper fluid,) tires still have plenty of tread, brakes have barely ever been used (regenerative brakes are amazing,) the temperature in the car is always perfect when you get in, and no turning the car off, simply get out and walk away, the car does the rest. The only service we have done to this car has been tire rotation, and they come to your house to do it if you want! Charging at home means you never, ever have to worry about the state of your “tank” unless you’re on a trip over 350 miles. And then it’s a quick navigation to a supercharger for a few minutes; the car automatically does the math for you and determines the best places to stop along your route. Admittedly, the occasional supercharge on a long trip is the only downside and could be a dealbreaker for some. But we plan accordingly. Plug up the car, walk the dogs or grab a bite to eat. By the time you’re done, the car is ready to go! The loudest voices in the room are always the people that had the rare bad experience, that’s inescapable. Just know that they are the minority. This car has plenty of get up and go whenever you need it and rides smooth. I used to drive muscle cars, so not hearing all that engine noise took a little bit to get used to. But now I don’t miss it at all. In fact, now I’m mildly annoyed when I’m the passenger in a loud car. That’s probably also a sign that I’m getting older. If you’re on the fence about an EV, go take one for a test drive. Tesla doesn’t pressure you, they don’t even ride along with you. It’s just you and the car, so you can see for yourself. That’s all it took for us to bite. I can almost guarantee you’ll want one after you’ve driven around in one for fifteen minutes.

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.
