2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I sold my Lexus RX for this car. I've owned everything from Land Rovers to Mercedes to Lexus. This car is my favorite to date. The driving experience is superlative - it's quiet, the assisted and full self driving is very safe. The sound system is the best I've heard in a car. It's a great car.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I just leased 2026 Model Y after drive a free Model Y for a few hours. We made our decisions within hours after driving the car.

Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

Im 66 years old, know little to nothing about newer vehicles and how buying one works. When i say i messaged every dealership from Boerne to Austin, I did. I got so many texts from salesman and when I would discuss my needs and what I wanted, they always turned it around like they new what I needed more. The is the FUTURE of automobile transportation! Absolutely FABULOUS car! No more gasoline, no more scheduled maintenance. If you hit the accelerator hard, you'd better have your head against the headrest or you may be injured. Zero to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds for my 2022 Model Y Performance. Fast charging Tesla Superchargers are always available across the country making long, cross country road trips a pleasure. At home I can charge 300 miles of range over night for $8 of electricity. Yes $8! Super Chargers cost more, but the speed and convenience is well worth the costs on road trips and it's still a fraction of the price of gasoline. I honestly look forward to getting into this car and driving it. I've owned a Mustang, BMW M3 and 5 Series, a Porche, Jaguar, Mercedes SL550, and many more cars. None were as fun to drive as the Tesla Model Y Performance. This is the future of automobile transportation and getting better every day.

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

I've had this car for around a year now and its a great vehicle. The performance is stellar and it handles very well due to the low center of gravity. The main issue is that due to the larger wheels and lower suspension, the car rides very rough and worse than any other crossover/suv I have driven. I do not suggest it for longer trips as overtime the rough ride and bumps can become annoying. I also wish there were some tactile buttons for volume but the overall layout with the center screen works fine and gives the interior a clean look. I highly suggest getting the white interior as it makes a huge difference and is sort of a tesla hallmark. My other complaint would be the lack of apple carplay, Tesla's system is pretty easy to use but given that I am an Apple Music user it would be nice to have carplay integration. I also live in a colder climate so you would need a set of winter tires because the factory tires are summer performance rated. This seems like a harsh review but I mainly focused on the negatives since the pros of driving an EV really speak for themselves. Quality is hit or miss on these cars and I highly suggest checking for panel mis alignment and trim fitment, mine came perfect but I know other Ys do not.
