Moments later, Jonathan Denanda came to our assistance and patiently walked us through the process. In no time he linked our phone to the rental car system and explained various functions so we could maximize our listening experience. Jonathan was patient, courteous and very knowledgeable and we were very grateful for his expertise. It made our four hour drive to several Utah state parks much more enjoyable having our curated "soundtrack" to go along with the magnificent scenery. As someone who works in sales myself, I really value a salesperson who listens, respects the customer’s decisions, and doesn’t try to steer them toward something simply because it benefits the sale. Making a decision to spend that kind of money is tough enough. I had done a great deal of research beforehand and knew what I felt comfortable with, and Amir respected that rather than trying to convince me I needed something different.
