I had a wonderful experience with Post Oak in OKC! I love my brand new car! The salesman, Usef, worked me and my fiance to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. I didn't feel haggled. I felt heard and ended up with the car of my dreams! Usef went above and beyond to get me a packaged deal I would be pleased with well into the future. Thank you again for your professionalism, patience, and business sense.

My husband and I went in to buy our car. The 2024 Tucson. It was literally my perfect car. We were Instantly greeted by Joshua! This man helped us get the car I wanted without any hassle. Everyone who helped us was so kind and patient while all the paperwork was being filed and negotiated. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I had my 2017 Toyota Highlander in for spark plug routine replacement. The price they quoted was less than the estimate from a local mechanic. There were 2 other services that were overdue and they suggested having the work done. They gave me a generous discount. Since it was going to be several hours to complete the work, they offered complimentary Uber rides to and from my house. I am completely satisfied with the service and Dillon who made the discount affordable. He kept me informed throughout the process.

What an amazing turn around when we needed help! We had run into some complication with our lease buyout and called for help. He was an absolutely a joy to work with!

Jim Norton Toyota OKC review
There are a few things that are as awful as buying a car. I don't think anybody would dispute that fact. I have been casually looking for a car, and there was a car that was on my list of cars that were acceptable. I looked on the website, someone reached out to me. So, I drove up to the dealership, which, by the way, is in OKC even though it feels like you must surely be in New Mexico. This was the most delightful car purchase of my entire adult life. The salesman, Joseph, was a dream to deal with, not at all obnoxious and insulting, which has been my experience in several states. He was kind and while we waited for paperwork to move through the system, we chatted about books. Darcy, who handled all the paperwork was a dream, she even gave me crackers out of her desk when I said I was getting hungry. Overall, if you need a car, you should go to this car dealership. You will not be disappointed. There are not enough words for me to say nice things about these people. Go buy a car from Jim Norton Toyota.
